The room was large, clean and had a great balcony looking out to the river. Beautiful property. Service from the front desk was helpful. The location is out of town, so you will need to drive just a bit for dinner unless you want to use their room service options. Fun wine dispenser and espresso machine at your call. Overall - this was a nice home base for our day trips to Chateaus on the right and left bank. We would stay here again.

This hotel is in a lovely setting in a small town. Before we arrived we received a call from the proprietress asking us if we wanted her to make reservations for dinner in one of the village's two small restaurants. Because of the large number of tourists, reservations filled up quickly. We had a lovely dinner thanks to her. We left early the next morning without realizing that we had not prepaid for the room. Again we received a call, politely noting that we had not paid. We provided a credit card number and all was well. The best of a travel experience in rural France.

Just returned from a 3 night stay. This chateau is just beautiful. It's situated in the countryside outside of Bordeaux. The rooms are clean and spacious with massive windows that look onto the wide open fields or views of the river.
Breakfast is a massive choice of cereal, fruit, toast, pastries or eggs if requested. Tea and coffee available or juices. The staff and most welcoming and the rooms cleaned to a very high standard.
This place has such a charm it really won my heart and I wouldn't hesitate to go back.
We were lucky with beautiful weather and spent time sunbathing by the pool and swimming when the heat got abit much.
If you want to escape from the hustle of people and chill out with peace and quiet then this is certainly the place.

The chateau outside of Bordeaux was a beautiful way to cap off our trip. The grounds we're magnificent and peaceful and only a 20 min drive to charming downtown or the scenic wineries. Will definitely go back for another visit!

We had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel outside of Bordeaux. It is a quiet setting right on the river. The room was extremely clean and well appointed. The service was excellent. Wish we could have stayed a little longer.
