Owner description: At the very gates of Bordeaux, the Cru Bourgeois, Chateau Saint Ahon will welcome you warmly in a delightful setting, Best of Or Wine Tourism 2013. Property of Charles de Montesquieu in the 18th century, the castle is now listed as a "Remarkable Monument". Chateau Saint Ahon was destroyed during the French Revolution. It was reconstructed during the First Empire and restored in 1875 in Louis XIII's style. We propose you a lot of activities: a wine and gourmets products shop, guided tour and wine tasting,a fun promenade Les Jardins de Mirabel, 3 gites, a reception room and camping-car area.
