Highly recommend this hotel not just for its location but also the staff from the reception to the restaurant and also the cleaners who always had a smile and could not do enough to make your stay memorable.

We came for a family holiday for 9 nights and had been incredible from food to people to the hotel. Staff have been incredible and so welcoming and cannot do enough for you, very family oriented, rooms, food and cleanliness is all really good and massages on the beach to top it of! Had a amazing time. Thanks to the staff for being so amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Stayed 8 nights
Positives - perfect room configuration for 3 friends, 2 bed villa with plunge pool. Very spacious, private and safe. Quiet and clean.
Breakfast was good, with lovely view of the beach. Beautiful lush manicured gardens. Excellent value for money
Staff were very friendly and attentive
Location was central to everything, far enough away from the hustle and bustle but walking distance or Tutt Tut to big shops and markets.
Negatives - mosquitos were bad
Intermittent hot water (which did get attended to)
Steep pathways around resort - good for a calf workout.
Beds were very firm
Lighting in the room was not adequate over mirrors and no reading lights.
Pool was adequate, a bit on the small side and you couldn’t get a sun lounger around it. So good for an afternoon cool off and bevy at the bar.
Beach was good for walking with plenty of bars along the way. Swimming was disappointing as only thigh deep for 100’s of metres. Good for kids though.
Overall very satisfied with our stay

Our stay at Briza was exceptional, the staff are so warm & friendly, eager to help and eager to please, so helpful regarding what to see & do on the island. The staff were so obliging in resolving any issues we had. We stayed in the two bedroom villa with private plunge pool which was fantastic & so lovely to cool down in the heat. Great breakfast buffet with heaps of choice and variety. The only negative was the air con unit in the room was quite noisy, other than that I will definitely return with other family members as soon as possible.

Had such an awesome holiday here, the staff catered to our every need. Breakfast menu is the same everyday, may need to change it up. Dinner menu is great. Our room was spectacular, very clean and roomy. Would totally recommend this hotel to everyone.

The Briza Beach Resort exceeded our expectations. We loved everything about this resort. We stayed in the Deluxe Room with Plunge Pool and had a great time. Ms. Nopparat Jara, the Assistant Guest Relations Manager was a superstar. She met us at the breakfast counter on the very first day, obtained our feedback and instantly got on to the task of resolving our issues. She made sure that my kids were well taken care of and also gave heaps of gifts on our last day. Customer service at it's very best !
The resort is located a bit further away from the main market but a tuk tuk ride of 100 to 200 bht takes care of that.
Just a couple of feedback pointers 1) Breakfast Menu should include some more varieties as I felt that the same menu was offered every day and 2) The Air Cons in the room were not doing justice to the hot weather of Samui.
Overall, we will definitely be staying again.
