We recently had a large group of friends and family over to Thailand for our Wedding. We based ourselves in Chaweng for our hen and stag parties and chose Papillion because of it's proximity to the airport. Papillion Resort was stunning and serene - a great place to relax away from the hustle and bustle of the main strip but close enough to enjoy all that Chaweng has to offer. The staff were wonderful and very accommodating to all of our guests. They were especially helpful with airport transfers and helped us create the perfect welcome to Thailand to all our friends and family. Over the course of our stay Ning provided us with incredible support - assisting with all the room bookings and providing upgrades where possible, facilitating timely airport transfers, numerous mini cab bookings even arranging a surprise birthday cake and fireworks and stunning flowers - to name a few! Patrick was also instrumental in all this and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing and memorable. All the staff at Papillion were friendly, accommodating and by the end of our stay felt like family to the point were most of guest - including us - returned before travelling home. The rooms - more like small villas - were spacious, clean and comfortable with great showers and included a safe in the wardrobe.
