We first came here, about 15 years ago, it was here that I had homuk, for the very first time, a seafood soufle made in banana leaves superb! We come here every time we are in Koh Samui, admittedly, we only eat the Thai food and honestly you will not find better anywhere. Plus today, the chef kindly gave me my own private lesson on how to make homuk, in her very clean well organized kitchen, oh and as a bonus the views are literally breathtaking,
