Airplanes landed at took off rigth above this resort. Dark rooms. Very different service depending on the person you talked to. Very good service in the spa. Fine end of the beach and nice beach and pool area.

Pleasant resort on quite part of the beach. No jet ski noise, but jets passing over takes getting used to.[whole island the same]
Well priced compared to others, with pleasant gardens and beach at your doorstep..
Rooms comfortable, and serviced daily.Try to get separate villas..we stayed in the "building", and neighbours were very noisy at midnight !
Breakfast was good, but staff have language problems.Reception staff excellent.
Restaurant seemed okay, but we ate along the beach for the best meals.
All in all, enjoyable, but needs some "personality".
the one positive item is the location on the beach but that part of the beach is not quite, it is not noiseless and overall there are so many jetskies that you cannot swim more than 30 metres . the room are not very spacious and the air conditioning very noise. the room rates is not justifying the service cause you have to pay everything ( for examples internet is not for free) and all the staff is not very kind and do not speak a good english for an hotel of that supposed level . to be honest all chaweng zone is not a great place if you would have just relax or stay on the very nice beach...
We had a detached villa between the reception and beach. Nice little veranda area with two chairs and a drying rack for clothes. Bed was quite hard (typical for Thailand) but room was thoroughly cleaned every day - really good compared to some other hotels!
1 minute walk through the hotel gardens to the beach - great spot, right on the best beach in Koh Samui. There were loungers on the beach (covers had seen better days) and you could get pool towels from the pool desk (just sign for them). Beach is clean and lovely soft sand. Good for swimming. Beware the jetskis that are located on either side of the resort.
We only used the restaurant for breakfast - large selection although not necessarily very hot (typical of Thailand buffet breakfasts).
No separate bar which was a shame - no where to really sit and have a drink.
Each night we ate along the beach which did cost more money than equivalent restaurants on the main road but meant there was a breeze and peace and quiet. Most have happy hours.
Easy to access bars/restaurants/shops on the main road in Chaweng although it's pretty grotty.
Stay again - yes. We enjoyed being on a the beach with a good choice of restaurants nearby, right on the beach.
Nice resort and property. Rooms are nice but its a bit over priced. The beach is overcrowded with lots of trash. Unless you are looking only to party then this town is not for you. We were on our honeymoon so we were looking for a little more tranquility. Jets flying overhead and as customary in Thailand, the beds sucked.
We are a Family with two kids and we enjoy our stay like any time!
The rooms in the superior Building are nice, clean spacy and very calm!
The Staff do anything to make our stay very pleasant! What a beautyful and nice and calm resort in the hearth of the busy and loud chaweng city...
