I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this resort. I recently stayed for 3 nights. The rooms are lovely and cool. The location is great. Beachfront with shops close by. The staff were lovely and service was fantastic. I will definitely stay there again.

We booked this two week stay, by mail, so we were a little excited to see how this place was. There was a bit confusion when we arrived, but reception handled it very well, we even got an upgrade for one of the two bungalows we booked. They had to rearrange the beds, but no trouble at all. Two bungalows side-by-side, with a perfect view over the sea. The breakfast buffet was not overwelming, but fine, and two very nice attentive waiters. The first week we spent there, the hotel was very quiet. We were almost the only guests there.
Nice cleaning in the rooms every day.
The hotel is in the north end of the Chaweng beach, and I would say I was a bit disappointed of the quality of the beach. The beach is kind of "trapped" by an island/reef so the sand i not that nice quality seen on other beaches.
The surrounding is nice and quiet, but 5-10 min walk along the beach there is plenty of restaurants and 10 min more, you are in the center of Chaweng. The walk is shorter along the beach, than it is by the road, and no hills ;-)
We had a great stay there just relaxing, and the staff we all GREAT, and we would recommend this to others.

We where two couples that should stay there for 5 days. We lived at 4 different hotels during our holiday and the staff at this hotel was the best of all of them. Our problem was that we had with us a wheelchair-user, and booked the hotel from Agoda beacuse they informed that this hotel was able to handle guest using wheelchair wich was not the case. But the staff did what they could to help and even build a ramp to the reseptionarea, and did help us in all ways they could - they provided us free hotel taxi whereever we would go as a compensation. The pool was nice and clean and the restaurant is about 10 meters from the beach - but you have to walk a few meters to bath in the ocean beacuse of the tidewater. The rooms was nice and clean and had a bigger balcony than a 5-star hotel. But the wheelchair did not fit into the bathroomdoor so we had to move to another hotel, wich was a pity beacuse we liked us there. The manager promised us all money back beacuse it was not fittet for wheelchair. Considering this is a 3-star hotel, it was fantastic.

I decided to have a trip at Koh Samui during Songkran Days with my girl friend. Therefore, We went here right away by plane to reduce time consuming because of transportation. After got off the plane, we did not know where we would stay. Thanks to a taxi driver, he recommended us to stay in this great hotel. It took just 5-10 minutes from the airport to get here. Moreover, I and my girl friend were so impressed by the charming of this hotel, cleanliness, being in downtown, comfort, friendly staff. We have known we made the right decision. A tour package was also really awesome. We went to Angthong marine park. A beach was much better than that of Pattaya. In addition, we could have a kayaking under the super clear blus sky. Unfortuanately, time was running so fast, three days were not enough for us to enjoy everything on Samui island and also a nightlife. For sure, next trip we would like to stay in the hotel and also recommend you guys to have fun here in Samui island beach resort and hotel, Thailand.

We had booked our NYE travel to Koh Samui pretty last minute, and inadvertently booked the best room in the hotel. It must have been a "superior" or "deluxe" of some sort, because our bedroom lead into a private hot tub, which lead directly onto the beach. No joke! It was beautiful!

The room was huge (complete with a living room, kitchenette, private patio), and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and incredibly helpful .. they took care of booking all our tours & rides for us! Although there is technically no free wi-fi in the individual hotel rooms, you are actually able to access free wi-fi from the lobby.

The only major con to this place is that it is a bit removed from the major Chaweng area with all the restaurants and bars. It is about a 15-20 minute walk, or a 200 baht cab ride .. which I would never recommend. Try catching one of the pick-up trucks for 50 baht instead!

Just a caveat .. we did get a sneak peek of their normal rooms which were not really anything special, but probably better if you're on a budget.

I stayed here over Xmas last year and it was the best hotel. The staff were friendly, my room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and clean bed lining. The hotel is near a local beach and the breakfast both cooked & buffet was wonderful by the sea & their wonderful pool.

I would recommend this hotel to families and lone travellers visiting Samui.

Loved the samui island resort. Couple highlights:
*super clean
*great pool
*phenomenal service
*ocean is right there so great!
*one word on location: you are slightly removed from the main activity on chawaeng beach, which is the 'fun' area. A blessing sometimes since the fireworks and music can go all night - but sometimes when you want to be with everyone on the beach durinnthe day, can be a 15-20 minute walk.
*wi fi is NOT free and not available everywhere... We managed to get by for the 4 days so not a big deal but for those that need to remain connected, it is a bit of an inconvenience.
*breakfast everyday was great!
*front desk was super helpful. They booked all our tours for us.
