It took an hour to find this pĺace , I'm not sure if I was more frustrated with trip advisors lousy map or the fact that direct feedback on the loxation has been ignored for months or that long table has no website with directions . Super friendly service but feels like eating in an open plan petrol station with nasty sewage smell. Food is not nearly good enough to compensate location ambience or the miserable directions

We recently visited Long Table # 2 (there are 3 apparently) which is on Chaweng Lake Road behind the fountain. Food was as good as everyone raves on about and very reasonably priced. We would go back again!

First off: the map is all wrong, the restaurant is not by the beach, but just east of the top of the Chaweng Lake. It is totally worth the walk/motorbike ride! We shared a perfectly spiced and wonderfully delicious Tom Yum Goong for a starter, it was the best we've had in Chaweng. For main, I had a fried chicken pad paneng with steamed rice, and my partner the green curry with prawns, nicely spiced but served with a fresh chili/soy sauce so he could spice it a bit up for his taste. He was sweating in the end, so it was more than enough. :) The service was perfect, we loved everything about the experience! The lighting could have been a bit more cozy, but we didn't care, with food like that we would sit in any kind of ambience. Highly recommended!

We started with the Tom Ka Kai and papaya salad, both excellent, For main course we shared a king lobster with yellow curry, morning glory and pineapple rice. Again really good and authentic taste. Melon shake with a nice shot of vodka were our drinks of the evening. We paid 2700 Bath which is reasonable. Friendly staff. The only minus is that the building itself or the view is nothing special. But well worth a visit.
