We booked our stay at the Seascape online. We knew the location of the hotel was good and so we didn't think we would be spending too much time in our room so we just wanted basic, clean accomodation for our week on the island.
We were instantly disapointed when we saw our 'luxury' bungalow. There were numerous problems; there was mould all over the bathroom, the air conditioning was broken and couldn't be turned to less than 25 degrees, the door was broken making it hard to get in and out, there were gaps around the door, the lock wasn't secure, the bed linen was dirty and had holes in it, the towels were so old they had turned grey, there were dirty hand prints on the walls, the fridge was warm...
When we complained to staff they said that all of the bungalows were the same and that no one else had complained. We were shown a hotel room which looked a bit cleaner but it was a long way from the beach and overlooked the carpark.
The pool area was also horrible, the sunloungers were all torn and very dirty. We checked out after one night. Expedia were very helpful and gave us a refund (excluding the night we stayed). I would never recommend this hotel to anyone!
