Great location. Great Service. I would recommend upgrading to the executive suites because they seem to be newer and more modern than their regular suites. Also add on the breakfast because you cant find it anywhere else close by.More

We looked at about 30 hotels the third time we went to Samui and found this gem. Part the the quiet side of the beach. Service and food were great! Want to call out the security guard at the front who saluted us all the time. He was the best and always parked our mopeds. Will stay here again if on Chewang beach

I have to be honest here and say if Boutique means great staff then yes Baan Naan is boutique, if it means location, then again yes this place is boutique but if it means that there is a priority place to have breakfast thats only available for executive guests then Baan Naan looses me a bit. I have never been one for segregation so when I was told that I was in the wrong area for breaky....well to be honest I was a bit peed off.
I am not sure what executive meant here because we stayed in a Deluxe Vila but to be honest I never asked the question.
The other thing is that Baan Naan offers one way travel only from the Airport and then charges 500 Baht to get you back there however there is a Taxi service on the corner that will take you there for 300 Baht.
Other than that Baan Naan is great.

Just recently returned from Thailand and spent 2 nights at this hotel, we booked a Deluxe pool villa with sea view and I have to say it was beautiful. The room was large and fully equipped with everything you would expect plus little extras like a complimentary fruit basket. The floor to ceiling windows pulled back fully so that the room just extended out to include the pool. There was also a jacuzzi bath tub outside next to our pool, The main infinity pool directly in front of the beach was stunning and we absolutely loved it. Breakfast was good and the staff were extremely helpful, we were dropped back to the airport by the hotels mini bus and everything went smoothly from check in to check out. The only negative I have is the bed and pillows were very uncomfortable, in fact the most uncomfortable of all the hotels we stayed in. In fairness to the hotel though we did not bring this to their attention at the time so it is possible that if we had done they may have been able to do something. Thank you to all the staff.

We stay in this hotel and early morning we have an Alert in our room with strong Beep every 20sec Due to battery failure.
We try to call the reception 10 times with No answer.
I go out to find a service person and find that the security guard are sleeping very well, I waked them up, in order to find the guest service person, but they prefer to sleep… No security at all, even that the hotel enters are many and fully open!
Its take me extra 10min to make strong noize in the reception to wakeup the reception person, that was deep sleep…

Just back from spending 15 nights here for our honeymoon and everything was perfect. We were picked up from the airport which is just 5 minutes away and from there checking in took no time at all.
The room was great, it was cleaned whenever we liked and came with free drinking water daily. The hotel offer taxi services and scooter hire, but the prices for these are higher than everywhere else. To get around in Samui, the NaviGo app is best for taxis we found.
The hotel is in a great spot just a couple minutes drive from the main areas of Chaweng and there are some really nice restaurants nearby. Prego and Sabroso are worth going to! There’s also a great bar called Your Place which is just a 5 minute walk up the beach. They have swings and bean bags on the beach and have regular fire shows which is worth checking out.
Best part about this hotel though is the beach and pool area as well as the staff who work there. The breakfast served near the pool is excellent, as are the drinks and snacks through the day. Happy hour is 12-6 and Oh who serves the drinks is a good dude.
Overall just a great place to stay and would absolutely recommend it.
