“Come here for Muay Thai”
Reviewed May 9, 2013

I found it better than the main stadium in Bangkok.
You're closer to the fights and the crown is more lively.
I wouldn't make bets with any locals though.

“No substance”
Reviewed April 17, 2013

I would have liked to have seen older and experienced fighters. They had a lot of young fighters. They looked fragile and didn't perform very much that it dragged the fight out more and wasn't exciting to watch

“Great traditional night out”
Reviewed April 10, 2013

Headed to Chaweng one night after listening to the cars driving round the island all day advertising the fights that evening. Very busy around the stadium although most people in the audience were tourists, only a handful of locals there. The tickets are not too expensive. The basic price gets you a seat on thewooden benches which arent too uncomfortable. You can pay more for comfy seats nearer the boxing ring but I dont think it was really worth the extra money. The first of six fights was the youngest boxers. The fights go on for a while and they have six different fights over the course of the evening. Food and drinks are available throughout the whole evening. There was also live music accompanying all the fights. Was a shame there werent a few more people there - I imagine the atmosphere is great when the stadium is full. Very skilful boxers and interesting way to spend an evening,

“Great Muay Thai Boxing!!!!!”
Reviewed April 8, 2013

If you like Thai Boxing this is the place! there was 6 good fights, they are 3 min, 5 rounds, most finish in KO withing 1-3 rounds.
Mix between the Thai to the international fighters, must say the internationals were better!
Still ring side are great seats, as well are the normal are ok. Dont bother to get the VIP no point!

Look at the flyers and make sure there are good fights, especially over the weekend and enjoy!
