We stayed here for 2 nights, and the staff looked after us well. Two pools (one on the roof, and one near reception) to help cool us down from the heat! Great location too. Clean, tidy and looks good too

Was there just for 1 night on 24 Jun, got there early at around 9am, the male staff at the front desk got my name correct by just one look on the list of guest checking in that day.
Room was not ready as we are early, he offered us to use the Jacuzzi at roof top while waiting for the room to be ready. And he came up later to bring us to room when room is ready, and our bags were already in the room when we reached. A very gentle touch!

Room is clean and spacious, and with a cute monkey doll on the comfy bed.
There is also a small kitchenette, and fridge available.

May be the management can consider to put in a drying rack at the balcony for guest to dry swimwear.

Arrived at hotel 12 pm travel almost 12 hours so tierd, there is no parking space for park the car. The receptionist cant find booking was waiting 45 min to she find reservation. Staff not well speaking English just one staff who can understand something. The hotel policy is pet not allowed to bring however Owner of that hotel bring her dog and bark all over elevators really noise if your hotel policy no pet allowed that mean you also not bring pet its making noise for guest who stay there!

Not recommend to stay here! There is nice hotel opposite Mercure we will continue stay there better.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, and for the price we paid, we felt it was a good choice. It is simple but still quite new, and was clean which is important to us. The bathroom is huge for a budget hotel, and the room we booked came with a king size bed AND a single bed on the side. There was a small balcony as well which looked out to nowhere but was still nice to be able to walk out onto.

The hotel is on the edge of chaweng, so you do have to walk down the main road for about 15 minutes or so before you hit the main area with the restaurants, bars and spas. As we arrived at night, we decided to walk the stretch as it isn't so warm at night, and it was a nice walk. Take note that this hotel is quite noisy. We woke up in the morning to hear people upstairs and next door talking/shouting and it's mainly because the walls/floors are thin and doors are light.

We enquired about renting a bike at the front desk and the staff said there was a store right next door that rented out bikes at 200baht per day and you had to put either your passport or a 3000baht deposit. So they recommended that we rented from the hotel instead as although it was slightly more per day, we did not have to worry about insurance and the deposit etc. A while later when we told the front desk we wanted to get the bike from them, they said they ran out of bikes and told us to go to that store next door. So we rented the bike and put down the 3000baht deposit as we didn't feel comfortable giving our passports. The next day we had to check out at 8am to catch our ferry, and when we went to return our bike, the shop was open but the owner was not there! The front desk helped us to call the owner but he said he would only come at 9am. After much deliberation (and panic), the front desk helped us get the deposit back just in time for us to rush for a taxi to the ferry terminal. Moral of the story: Always check what time these store owners are around.

The front desk staff were nice and as helpful as they could be given the circumstances and I applaud their effort.
All in all, i recommend the hotel to travellers on a budget, and advise you to be weary when you rent bikes!

Room tip: Ask for a quiet room or one at the end of the corridor

For a room that I am paying and the service, I think I would top up a little to head over to Mecure hotel.

room were decent in size. it is a long walk about 15 - 20 minutes to the main area night spot and other area like central festival.

overall it was decent where room is clean and staff is just nice to help.

Room tip: away from lift
