The beach at Treasure Cay is breathtaking. I had read it was voted one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and I can see why. We were there end of January, and we shared the beach with very few folks. They have umbrellas and beach chairs, so just bring yourself! The food and beverages at the Coco Beach Bar were very good, if a little bit pricey! The grilled grouper was wonderful.
The 3 bedroom unit which we shared with 2 more couples was okay. Very dated, and rundown by some standards. It was mostly clean, but because of the rundown condition of carpets, doors, cabinets, etc., I got the impression of it being less-than-clean. Linens are old and show some wear, not what you might be accustomed to, but clean. I did notice soiled spots on the bedspread, which I removed upon arrival anyhow. Lots of ants outside on the steps to the upper floor rooms and also on the balcony, but none inside.
Options for meals are very limited, and the resort restaurant was quite expensive. They do have a "finger food" menu at the Tipsy Seagull bar near the pool, but it's limited and still pricey. We were only there for 3 days, but I wouldn't want to have to pay those prices for a long period. As mentioned earlier, the food at the Coco Beach Bar was very good, but they close at 5 PM. There is a small market on the property, but it's expensive, too.
The view from our room was wonderul, looking right out on the marina. I don't think there are any bad views on this island!
Staff of the resort were all very friendly and helpful.
