We stayed at the resort for 8 days prior to Christmas. It was wonderful. The resort was clean and the staff was so friendly and hospitable. I liked how everyone greeted us as we walked past them. We loved our little condo - no one should complain that it isn't great unless you're expecting to stay at a fancy NYC hotel - these are the islands! We constantly left our doors wide open to let the sea breezes blow through our room - not one bug inside our room. We often sat on the porch and watched for sea turtles, dolphins and boats coming in from sea. There were few people around which made things quiet and peaceful. The beach was amazing - even if it got worked up by a storm, the resort staff was out with their equipment the next day cleaning up the debris. We saw a school of wild dolphins jumping and playing close to shore - thought my young sons would jump out of their skin when they saw that! Nothing beats the Treasure Cay beach - we toured around in our golf cart to make sure we weren't missing any other beaches, but always came back to our beach!! My husband treated me to a massage on the beach - not sure how much it costs - but it was lovely! As for food, the grocery store was fully stocked and the prices either the same or just a tad more than home. Our food find was going to a local cook who parks her trailer at noon next to the medical building and serves wonderful local food - BBQ chicken, pork, fish, rice, beans, mac n cheese, different every day and $5 for a very large serving!! We ran there everyday to get our lunch as she is very popular and her food runs out quick! We found 25 sand-dollars at low tide, along with great shells and starfish (which we released). We miss our Treasure Cay, the ocean, the beach, the food, the people. Hope to go back soon - our boys don't stop talking about it....
