“Declining in quality”
Reviewed January 11, 2013

I have visited the Coco Beach Bar for a couple of years in a row, and the quality is declining. Good place to stop for a beer on the beach, but thats about it. The drinks are not made from scratch - I am pregnant this year and asked for several drinks to be made virgin, and all were pre-mixed. One of the Bahamian staples of pigeon peas and rice is apparently no longer offered. They are only serving french fries to the masses of tourists. Its a shame. Good burgers and grouper. Good stop if you are looking for something quick and easy, or a place to spend an afternoon with a drink in a lounge chair.

“nice cold beer”
Reviewed January 6, 2013

Located right on the beach, this restaurant provided you with a cold drink and a nice lunch or snack (reasonably priced), whether it be a burger (which were fantastic), conch fritters, etc. Never had bad food there.

“Great stop on the beach”
Reviewed November 20, 2012

Again, a little pricy, but the pina coladas are "made from scratch" and are superb! The food was prepared while you waited, again from scratch and fresh. Great taste. Wonderful people. Made you feel right at home.

“Decent beach bar, amazing drinks!”
Reviewed November 12, 2012

This beach bar is located on Treasure Cay, which is privately owned by a resort company. This is definitely a tourist area - if you are looking for local flavor, this is not the place. The Ting V (V as in vee, not five) is by FAR the best rum punch I've had in the Abacos. And believe me, I tried every rum punch between Little Harbour and Green Turtle Cay! In fact, the Ting V is so good that we managed to miss our ferry. The food is your standard beach bar fare - the grouper burger was decent. The conch fritters were above average compared to others in the Abacos - good sized pieces of conch, a little doughy on the inside but nice and crisp on the outside. The scenery is amazing - located right on Treasure Cay beach, which is beautiful even after Hurricane Sandy rolled though last week. Even if you aren't into the tourist scene, this bar is definitely worth a visit if only to have one (or five, as it turns out) of the Ting Vs!

“Beautiful beach, average food”
Reviewed November 9, 2012 via mobile

Went back to this establishment. Always a stop for us when visiting Abaco. Just post hurricane Sandy so beach has some debris, but still a beautiful place. Huge crescent shaped beach and never crowded. Service was good, food was average. Conch fingers were good. Fish was a bit too done, fries were kinda plain. Needed a bit more seasoning. But, I know these folks were just glad to have a roof over their head and minimal damage to the area.
