While visiting Competa for a week of hiking we were informed by our local host of this restaurant. Although it does not have the most stunning views of the valley as do some of the other restaurants, the restaurant itself (located near the parking lot at the entry of the village) offers a variety of foods from tapas to some Moroccan specialties like Tajin.
The inside of this restaurant has a very intimate feel and is decorated with all kinds of accessories making you feel like you are in a very different place than Spain which adds to the experience of dining at this restaurant.
All the foods we tried had a really good flavor to them and we would especially recommend the Tajin (either fish, chicken or beef).
Next to the excellent food choices, we really liked how people visiting were welcomed. The owners are very friendly and attentive and greet people with a smile.
