Considering it is a 3star hotel we found this hotel to be a very good one indeed. Very good choice of breakfast with 'english breakfast' to be chosen a la carte, free of charge, having a pool nearby and also beach approximate 15 minutes away.
rooms were very clean, comfortable and with all necessities, staff was very friendly including all the reception staff, animators and the 'crazy' :) driver orazio who took us to the beach.
Free wifi in all areas and rooms and plenty of tV channels to view. Hotel free parking in a locked are is also available.

Thumbs up
MALTA family

Room tip: higher floors for a better view of the pool :)

We booked this hotel as the first leg of our tour of Sicily and while San Leone is not particularly pretty, the hotel proved to be the perfect location to see this part of the island and the temples in particular. The hotel is very modern and spotlessly clean. We had a deluxe room in the new anex above the restaurant which was certainly worthy of more than 3 stars. There was a good selection for breakfast and hot food could be requested it desired. There is a small bar and a lovely courtyard should you wish to have a pre-dinner drink. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient and spoke good English. San Leone has several lovely restaurants and would recommend the Mirasole. Although it did not bother us, you should be aware that there is daily entertainment round the pool and live entertainment each evening.

Room tip: Ask for new anex above the restaurant. New and very modern.

We stayed here for 1 night whilst visiting the Valley of Temples. We stayed in the refurbished part of the hotel and the accommodations were comfortable (and spacious). The hotel offers a good deal for 27euro for a set course dinner, wine, plus a night tour of the Valley of Temples and transfers to and from this site the next day - a good deal. Special mention of the staff who are all so friendly and genuinely happy ... It makes for a great vibe for the hotel.

My wife and I. chose Hotel Costazzurra because it is close to the Valle dei Templi and we wanted to avoid Agrigento. San Leone is rather run down but, even so, it is pleasant to be near the sea, and the Hotel Costazzurra is a modern, spotlessly clean and well-run establishment. It is well equipped and good value. The staff are very friendly, helpful and efficient - one of them rushed over the road to the car park (gated and absolutely secure) as we were leaving and handed me my satnav, which I had carelessly left in the foyer. Thank heavens! On our arrival we were sold a package which included dinner, a night time visit to the temples and a shuttle service the next day to and from the temples for €25 each. Although the main course of the dinner was not so good, it was otherwise good value, and, on the whole, I am glad that we had accepted the deal.

All in all we really enjoyed our stay in this hotel and would strongly recommend it to those intending to visit the Valle dei Templi. Our chief reasons are, to summarise the above review, an excellent location, secure car parking, pleasant, air-conditioned modern rooms and very friendly and helpful staff and reasonable charges.

Room tip: The block further away from the road, the one where reception is located, is probably quieter.

The hotel is only a short drive from the Valley of the Temples. And, if you ate supper at the hotel restaurant, there is a 30 minutes free tour starting at 10PM to see the lighted temples. Don't forget the camera!
The hotel is fairly new with welcoming staff, private parking off the street, comfortable room.
The restaurant serves local cuisine, I think, and it is pretty good. We were specially interested in fried ice fish ball. Serving staff work both breakfast and dinner, a bit on green side but they are eager and energetic.
