“Small but moving.”

The lady was kind enough to warn us closing time was nearing but we were glad we came in. Reading the texts would make you cry in their depiction of the hardships suffered.
An interesting museum.

“History and food”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed February 2, 2014

We went here for soup and cake which were excellent and good value, but there was also plenty of local history and it was clearly the place to go to trace family history, if you are a McNeal, or have ancestry from Barra

Interesting museum. Good place for lunch. The victoria sponge is to die for! Well worth a visit, especially at lunchtime.
