We were proup of 7 friends and ordered three rooms separately . A day before our arrival we all got an "upgrade email offer" : add for 5€/night.I called the hotel and they told me that the difference is only a balcony. when we booked (in booking.com) we didn`t see that kind of choice, two of us took the upgrade offer immediately, one of us refused.
Upon getting to the hotel we noticed all the rooms are equipped with balconies (circling the hotel building). Our friend who refused to the upgrade offer, upon check in , asked to compare the rooms personally , the clerks switched to Italian and then said that the room without balcony is not available and he gets the balcony upgrade for no extra charge.
It was very strange that all of our room got such an offer when the hotel was fully booked ( or almost ). when we did the checkout I asked to see room (any room) without a balcony, they refused to do that ( fully booked )....
We felt a bit uncomfortable with this and when discussed it with the manager their response was : “if you feel uncomfortable that your friend got free upgrade - it's your problem”.
I leave it to the readers to decide whose problem is it.

Do not lose the ski locker keys: the fine is 35 EUR.

Otherwise: We stayed at the hotel for five days. Its a nice clean hotel based a short (5 minutes) walk from the main gondola. The 'grani' prefix indicates it servers only breakfasts. Breakfast was the standard B&B european breakfast (few kinds of cheese, salamies, cakes, breads ). Most of the staff is welcoming and speaks English very well.
Each room gets a 7 hour WiFi password that works only in the lobby area. You can purchase unlimited 7 days WiFi password for additional 7€. Or 5 days for 5€.
As other said: Towels are made of bed sheets material. Bring your own towel. Other than that the beds are not more then “OK” , the room spacious and well equipped.

if you are in a hurry to eat dinner contact the nearby sela Ronda hotel and pay 15€ per “guest dinner” .they require couple of hours in advance order and its a basic dinner if you dont want to walk a lot.

Very nice suits with big rooms and nice bathroom .
Good service good breakfast .
Unfortunately not serving dinner .
Separate charge for balcony for towels for bath robes .
The free towels in room very thin cotton and unusable .

Room Tip: Ask for balcony and mountain view .

we stayed for 4 nights. The place is great, with free parking. The staff very knowledgable and helped us a lot to make the most of our stay, Their suggestions turned out to be super!
The suite was good (2 adults + 2 older kids) - 2 rooms with 2 t.v. sets
only issue was the wifi which was charged for and could only be used in the lobby - not very convenient.
Would recommend this place if you are planning to explore the Dolomites area!

This hotel is located close to the Campitello lift Col Rodella. The location is nice since you can walk some meters to the lift or if you want to take the buss the station is also at the bottom of the lift.
We booked a suite, the room was really nice, cosy. A suite has a little table for four persons, a balcony, a bed sofa in the living room with tv and telephone, a room with very comfortable bed, closet and tv. The bathroom consists in a toilet seat, a very little shower cabin, and lavatory.
The negative from the room was the towels you get, they are not really towels but a piece of textile like the ones you use in the kitchen. It's kind of difficult to dry yourself and specially if you have a long hair.
The cleaning of the hotel was nice, they house keeping do their best, they just forgot to put towels two days but it was not big deal, the reception came with new ones.
All the rooms have a safety box, try to read the directions before activating the code or ask AT&T the reception how you do.
The hotel has a spa zone with free sauna and Turkish sauna. They charge you 1 euro per towel which I think it's not good considering you are a guest. I have never been charged before for using a towel at a hotel with spa. Likewise with their jacuzzi, it costs 10 euro! I never saw a guest using the jacuzzi during my staying. I really don't understand how they think. The spa opens at 16:30 and closes around 20:30. Very weird music in the spa, it was italian pop- rock music, instead of relaxing music.
It feels nice to have a ski room with a locker, some hotels have a common room where all the boots and skis are everywhere. You get a locker per room and it feels safe.
The gym has old fashion machines, they even have a game room with a ping pong table.
The breakfast was also not that good considering the status of 4 stars- Hotel. You get boiled eggs, toast bread, yogurts, artificial juice, cheese, ham, marmalade, kiwi and orange. They have som cakes. You can get tea or coffee, but honestly, the coffee was really bad, I recommend you to order a cappuccino instead.
They should have some vegetables and more fruit. The breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00.
The hotel has a bar, they offer nice drinks and its opened to 23:00. If you are hungry you can get some free chips or order a toast since they don't have a restaurant.
If you are hungry and you don't want to go out to a restaurant, the reception can help you to order food and you can eat it at your room.
The personal is fantastic, all the staff are really kind, very nice waitresses, the receptionists were so very service minded and tried to help with everything we needed. A big rose for all of you!!
If you are used to Internet, then you have to surf only in the lobby area, you get 7 hr for free surfing and after that you pay depending how much you surf.
I hope these recommendations help you to have a nice staying.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with balcony with sun in the afternoon

Complicated system where you get a few hours of usage for all of your stay. You have to logout whenever not using to not waste minutes. Additional time is very expensive. No wifi coverage in rooms. Very inconvenient for me, would not stay here again. Hotel otherwise ok so far.

We spent 4 nights with a 6 month old baby, during the summer.
Room (family suite) was clean, spacious and welcoming. Our baby slept very well on the baby cradle! They also provided a kettle to prepare her food.
The staff was friendly and breakfast was fine.
The location in Campitello is good, 5 minutes walking from town's center and from the cable car.
The few negative points are:

- Bathroom towels. I don't know if all the hotels there provide this kind of a "thin blanket" instead of a towel or only this hotel - anyway if you go there bring your own towel...
- Two beds instead of a double bed with two single blankets.

In the bottom line, we enjoyed our vacation there and we recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Family suite include of two rooms, sink, refrigerator and kettle, and small dinning table. Room 118...
