we had firstly gone to another establishment for a drink with the view of staying for dinner, after receiving a quite unsmiling reception we weren't too hopeful of finding anything decent in this small town.
How wrong we were, the Dangerous doesn't look anything special from the outside, but upon venturing inside this funky, slightly minimalist venue exuded warmth and character.
Genuinely friendly staff greeted us, service was swift, efficient but pleasant, they look like they enjoy their work.
The gourmet pizza list is all encompassing and the vegetarian burrito was superb, not to mention the fine selection of wine, we had a Maori Point Pinot, a very nice drop indeed.
Upon presentation of the bill l was surprised at how cheap it was and felt compelled to offer an ample tip.
We liked this place so much we went back the following evening, too bad the guy up the road doesn't realise what repeat business is about.
