My wife and I stayed in a charming apatment in a lovely small village for almost one month and we truly enjoied staying there.
The landlord, a dutch lady is super nice & friendly. She had given us enough information about the apartment and answered for any questions we asked in advance so we instantly felt like a home by the time we got there. Not only the landlord, but her family and neighbors are also kind and took very good care of us. We would like to go back there if we get a chance in the future!

This is the place you are looking for! We wanted to find one centrally located "base" where we could unpack, stay for two weeks and make our home while we traveled around Provence, discovering the villages, towns, markets and natural sites. After looking at dozens of possibilities, we found Le Tilleul Hollandais, and it couldn't have been more perfect. It's well-located, close to Mt. Ventoux, charming villages, canyons, vinyards and wineries, and the drives through the countryside are charming and easy. Such a lovely apartment, with a private deck where every morning and evening you can sit out and enjoy a beautiful view of Mt. Ventoux as well as a view of the quaint hilltop town of Monmoiron. The apartment has everything you could want: very clean, comfortable bed, well-stocked kitchen, beautiful dishes and cooking utensils, computer, and a whole wall of classic and interesting books in several languages. There are closets, dresser, and storage spaces so it's quite comfortable to unpack and get comfortable. We even enjoyed looking at all the games, puzzles, and antique toys that are available for children. Also, convenient and easy parking, washer, dryer, and clothesline, table and chairs both inside and out. Anna is a lovely and gracious host. Imagine our pleasure upon arrival after a long day of driving, and finding that she had put out for us a beautiful bottle of wine, eggs, bread, juice, coffee, fruit, snacks, and flowers fresh from the garden. Anna was very respectful of our privacy, but was always a delight, and had several suggestions for our outings. The apartment is an easy drive to many places. It's also a perfect place for cyclists, many of whom we saw along the nearby roads. We had a list of market days, and were close enough to travel to a different market every day, with plenty time left over. In this area there are plenty of local offerings and the most delicious fresh food! In the evenings, there was never a need to dine out (though we did find some excellent restaurants nearby), and we often just enjoyed the bounty of our daily market finds as we enjoyed the view and lovely weather. We would happily make a special trip back to enjoy Le Tilleul Hollandais again, and highly recommend it!

When we arrived at the Tilleul Hollandais in Mormoiron, Anna was in the garden joyfully watering the flowers on the patio outside her guests’ suite. Think about the dream place, exceptionally well equipped, functional, where the sun enters and radiates into your day. Think about arriving to some food and cold wine in the fridge and the aroma of rosemary oil filling the room. We felt so much at home that we extended our week to a 10-day stay.
In addition, the location in this friendly little village of Vaucluse could not have been a better introduction to our journey in Provence. Finally, what was truly priceless was Anna’s beautiful energy, her regional knowledge and her cheerful attentions (while totally respecting our privacy) which made our stay at the Tilleul Hollandais a “blissening” experience.
