We enjoyed our stay here and would stay again, the rooms were clean, bed very comfortable and large en suite witj large shower. The owner was away when we stayed and " jan" cooked a wonderful breakfast and was very helpful. A few minor grumbles, there was not a t.v in my fathers room despite advert saying one in every room, the little cartons of milk in the room were off and latte coffee sachets were out of date.

This is a family run B and B. Do not expect a hotel and you will not be disappointed. Great people running it. Admin is not the slickest I have seen but that adds to the homeliness of the caring staff. You want to support them.

The rooms are clean tidy and well maintained. My en suite was excellent.

Breakfast is brilliant and great value.

Parking can be a challenge, but compared to London a doddle. You may have to park 100 feet from the front door, which is no big deal.

Location is the centre of town 2 minutes from th CooP and BR as well as the famous Festiniog railway.

You will be happy booking here.

What can I say... I like nothing more than a good relax... This was far from it! From the start the owner was not there and here daughter and husband were in charge...

First night lights didn't work in room, no wifi, no phonr, no clock radio; all advertised on their website! The tv didn't work- changed batteries myself!

Breakfast- no glasses for juice, had to ask for cups and coffee was just rancid. Said we were staying for a second night and told not to forget to take the sheets off the bed before you leave!

Second morning couldn't get worse... Oh yes it could! The couple were having an argument in the kitchen with a list of four letter words drifting through... You could cut the tension with a knife- Welcome to Wales- NOT!
