The pizza is Neapolitan style and delicious: chewy crust and a good amount of cheese on the margarita.
Customers order from a vending machine; I don't think it's in English so ask for help at the counter if you can't read Japanese. They offer slice/juice sets for 500 yen but whole pizzas go for around 1500 so we did that. The time we went was peak lunch time so the wait after placing our ticket on the counter was 30 minutes. Some families went next door for the on-site ice milk as they waited...also recommended.
Numbers are called out when orders are ready for pick up, and there is a speaker system both inside and outside on the deck (we went in summer). Everything is self-serve but the place is clean and airy. Restrooms are available in the cheese factory/shop in the adjacent building.
