We have visited Furano three times now in the snow season and on our first visit we were lucky enough to find Masaya. From the moment we walked into the restaurant the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you like okonomiyaki you have to try the potato & cheese one, it takes around 20 -30 mins to cook but believe me it is well worth the wait. The ribs are a must to have and if you sit right at the cooking plate you get a birds eye view of the cooking process which ends in a fire display. The fried noodles are so deliciously tasty I just want to keep eating them. Both Masaya and Kazi the chefs speak very good english and are happy to talk to you while they are cooking up your amazing feast. We will be visiting Masaya again while we are here to try the curry omelet!!
