The management of this hotel was outstanding in every way. They bent over backwards to make our stay enjoyable. The room (Suite) was very comfortable, the bathroom huge, and the food was amazing. This was the best hotel we stayed in during our two weeks in Hokkaido.

Stayed at several places in the area - this in my opinion is by far the best place to stay in its price range.
a funky hotel across for the Gondola Kitanomine side of the Furano ski resort. Best thing about the hotel is the location and the friendly helpful staff. A little tired. Geared towards families so plenty of kids running around. If this is not your thing you might be best off elsewhere.
Overall though, a good hotel.
A wonderful stay for a ski trip in Naturwald Furano. The staff are all extremely helpful (including in English) and many services are provided gladly and at no cost - booking of restaurants; lift passes at reduced prices; ski lockers; drinks through the day and snacks and beer in the evening; onsen. The hotel is perfectly located at the bottom of the ski hill. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and delicious. We had a perfect time here!
This hotel is directly opposite the ski lifts so great location. Staff are lovely Gareth made us very welcome and was really helpful during our stay. Nothing was too much.
The rooms are comfortable clean and have lots toiletries provided free.
Only down side was we had to live out of our suit case as our western room had no storage/draws just wardrobe and small sofa which was not essential.
Every day the hotel provides free 24/7 coffee tea soft drinks and 1 beer per person per day. Nice touch coffee is nice.
Snacks also provided daily free but no savoury so avoid if you don’t have a very very sweet tooth as everything is covered in sugar.
Everyday day marshmallows available to roast and 1 dessert bar access per stay.
Breakfast is varied but finishes at 8.30 am which is disappointing. Would be nice if they would extend it until at least 9am. We are on holiday!
The onsen is great 2 separate male and female very 😌 relaxing.
The ski hire in hotel is great and boots skis are great quality and new - plus it’s discounted.
Hotel lobby is lovely place to relax nice relaxing music great view of mountains.
Overall this is a lovely hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who would like a relaxing stay.
Located just in front of the ski lift. Free heated ski lockers to store yr gear. Free amenities for hotel guests at the reception area eg, face mask, extra pillow, diapers, etc. Lots of goodies eg. free juice, desserts, beer at certain time. Nice onsen. Bus stops in front of hotel. Special mention to ever helpful Gareth.
