We went for a family lunch. The service was friendly and very accomodating. The food was freshly made and great for pub food. We ate in the bar area but there is a nicer dining room off to the side of the bar. It was a monday after a busy weekend so they were out of some of their homemade fare (like the chili and the black bean soup)but we will definitely go back some day to try them. A great place to go for a relaxing drink and some pub food in cottage country.

Went to Dominion with family on way to Haliburton. Restaurant has patio furniture which wasn't the most comfortable. The hot dogs are huge but I found them a bit tough. They said the onion rings were awesome but I found mine very overcooked. Patio is nice but for some reason they put all the smokers right beside the large garabe opening. We ate inside but all we could smell was smoke. In addition, the service was pretty slow given there were only two occupied tables inside. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone unless you are a big hot dog fan.

The scrambled eggs were not mixed either was the omelet and not cooked, over easy eggs were to well done. A hair in the omelet and last year when we came for lunch there was a hair in the food. I am a line cook myself for 20 years I would suggest hair nets even for men or at least hats. Thankyou

I've eaten at the Dominion several times and the menu rarely changes. The burgers are good but expensive. And who wants foot-long hot dogs? The stir fry was awful and seemed to be microwaved because it toughened up and cooled down very quickly.

The dominio hotel is a nice place to go en relax .i have a nice dinner .people was do nice the owners came and talk to us to see how everything was ,good food nice servers and very cleand.
