We were there in August 2013. Can absolutely recommend it - one of the best restaurants we've ever been! Very nice chef, private atmosphere, not too expensive... PS: Come hungry!

The owner is a food maniac. He wants to use the finest products and create wonderful menus. He succeeds. This is not a business,it is a passion.Go and be seduced by a real gastronomic experience. This is Real dining not fine dining. It will not let you down.Great place to hold a private dinner party. It is more like a dining club than a restaurant.Thank you for showing me that there is a different side to the restaurant trade.

A must go and definitely a place I will visit again and recommend to anyone who appreciates good food with a twist. Food was a journey and different from the normal mundane restaurants. Host was exceptional taking time to come and check on his guests frequently, without being intrusive. It is a place where you are served food that was bought fresh direct from farmers or fishermen, hence the idea of no fixed menu. The assaggi (starters) were a delight, taste so unique and different.

We came across the restaurant on a walk round the town and were taken with the menu / description. As previous reviewers have said the price is fixed and you get whatever is fresh at the time.
Everything we had was delicious. We were even given a guided tour of the restaurant, including the kitchens.
We left the wine choice to Dominic. The wine he chose was local and only cost €19.
We left the restaurant full having sampled some fantastic dishes.
The overall price was very good value.
A must if you are in Valletta / Vittoriosa.
