We stayed in this hotel for 1 night for doing a safari in the close national park. Our room was okay, with a nice balcony viewing the pool. However it was rather dirty and the bathroom was tiny. The staff was very nice and helped us with booking the safari even if it was last minute. Also the restaurant, food, waiters, etc were good. So if you're looking for a hotel for 1 night, this will definitely work for you!
What an amazing hotel, we had a wonderful time here. The staff were honest, friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and a decent size. The atmosphere was lovely. Dinner and breakfast was superb. This hotel really made our honeymoon perfect. Thank you 😁
This is a lovely hotel! Staff are super friendly at reception and in restaurant and really willing to help with everything. The pool is nice for relaxing. The rooms are lovely - very spacious and a great bathroom, all very clean. Great views of rice fields. We had an amazing time at the safari which is 5 mins from the hotel - would thoroughly recommend
Positives:
1) the food was excellent and the waiting staff very nice.
2) proximity to the park and elephant orphanage.
Negatives:
1) the management and front of house staff were very rude.
2) we only stayed for one night, but the staff and manager were insistent that we paid for two nights due to a booking error. We had no choice but to pay. 266 dollars for a one night stay!
3)there was only one other guest at the hotel, yet we were put in adjoining rooms. The balconies are very open, so not private at all.
4) You feel like you are being watched. There was a pool area, but it was very uncomfortable to use.
We stayed here for one night, it was a comfortable stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are superb. The food was disappointing, my fries were overdone/hard and my soup lacked flavour. There is no WiFi in rooms, only in the public communal areas of the reception and restaurant. The breakfast was good, lots of variety.
