Popped in here on our way back to the office. Service was friendly and prompt. My iced mocha was enjoyable; however, I did feel like my caramel slice was a bit stale. Also noted that we came here at 12:30pm and we were the only customers.

Went in on a Friday lunchtime, the cafe was hot with only 1 ceiling fan running. We were the only people at the counter & there were maybe 3 other customers eating. We ordered a sandwich & pastie, both of which were already prepared on display in the display case. A young lady took our order and gave us a table number and said she would bring our food over. We sat down & noticed how dirty the tables, walls & floors were. There were huge cobwebs up the wall & on the ceiling. As it was very hot my wife asked a member of staff if he could turn on the air conditioner. We were told it was not working. Nearly 15 minutes passed & we still hadn't received our food. After 20 minutes we decided to get a refund & left. We told the young lady we were not happy with the service or cleanliness of the cafe, she didn't respond. Terrible cafe avoid at all costs.

Thank Danny H

Visited here recently and will never go back. We ordered a curry pie and a steak and onion pie both pies were stale and the bottom pastry couldn't be cut with a knife, a chain saw would have done it. Both pies were old as the fillings were dry and luke warm. The two chocolate eclairs were okay. To top it off they charge an extra $1 per pie and cake if you dine in. So we paid an extra $4 on our bill, what a rip off !!!!!!!!! we will never return and I will not tell my friends to go there.

This is one of those bakeries that makes real food.
The fillings are generous.
We had a chicken pie, full of large pieces of chicken and vegetables. Same with the pastie and potato pie, large and generous.
There was a good crowd there, a lot were obviously local, always a good sign.
We do feel though, that the place could do with a really good clean, especially the toilets.

Don't get the sausage rolls, they are cold, bad and mostly made of bread crumbs
The other stuff was ok though
