Very very original and tasty !
Very good ratio quality/price if you peak a menu less than 50€...
One of the best dinner place in Midi Pyrénées region.

Although we had a bit of a problem finding this restaurant it was worth the effort. We visited it with family who only speak English and were very impressed that the service staff did their absolute best to accommodate this. The food was outstanding and paired with matching wines. As we enjoy our wines, we were very impressed with care and attention placed on this savouring some wines which we would not normally have tried. The service was excellent. As an addition, my brother in law dropped 50 Euros on the floor on the way out and the restaurant staff notified us on our way home and made sure it was returned to us as soon as possible. Very impressed.

Southwestern French fare with an unmistakable El Bulli influence. (Rocket cappuchino as an amuse bouche? Why yes please!). Wonderfully curated wine list, especially of the lovely (and inexpensive) local Gaillac wines (Salettes own wines are among the best in the area).

A must visit for lunch or dinner if you are in the area.

We walked in on a Saturday evening and found ourselves lucky to get a table. Most guests are from the hotel.
Excellent meal menu at a very reasonable price - excellent wine from their own château (we ordered the 2007 Gaillac) - excellent service.

My husband, our friends and I had dinner here on a recent trip to France. The food was very good as was the service. The dining room is large, and it wasn't very busy, just us and another table, so the atmosphere could have been a bit better, but then it was a mid week dinner in an out of the way chateau! It was a very good evening out, a very positive experience!
