An amazing experience! Imagine turning onto a very narrow road and driving 10 miles to a small village with less than 300 people for a 3 Michelin star restaurant and having one of the best meals you have ever eaten. Hats off to chef Giles Goujon for pulling this off! Few people on the planet would be able to make this happen. 20 years in business and hopefully he will pass on some of his knowledge and secrets, if and when he retires. Expensive but worth every penny and we will be back.
