“Nice Stay!”

We stayed at the Marriott Resort in St Kitts recently and it was a good place to stay. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. Ocean and pool views are just wonderful. Each room has a balcony with chairs so you can just sit an enjoy the breeze and the view.
The staff is very friendly and very happy to have you there. Housekeeping is excellent and very timely.
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Ask to stay in main building with ocean view.

We booked day rooms at this resort while on a cruise. We loved the resort! The rooms were nice, the pool was great and the beach was awesome! We plan on returning for a longer stay! The aloe massages on the beach were the best!

Room Tip: Building 13 is close to the beach and pool.

I got back a few days ago from the St. Kitts Marriott. Just my opinion on the pros & cons..

Pros - lobby,beach, pool etc - very clean and well taken care of. Rooms a nice size and whirpool tub a plus.Even though the beach is rocky - still beautiful. Some nearby restaurants as well.

Cons - some of the staff seemed interested & engaged (bellman,valet, a few front desk - specifically Michael), but many just seemed like they couldn't wait for the day to end. I purchased items at the Calypso Cafe on various days with never a Thank you (although I always said it!) and rarely a smile. Same with the sundry store. I booked 2 tours with the tour desk and the tour book had contradictory information. On one page it said this particular tour included a Caribbean lunch and on the other just refreshments. I asked the tour agent and she didn't know...told me if I end up getting lunch it will be a bonus (couldn't she have made a phone call?)

My complaints may seem trivial, but I stay at a lot of hotels and sometimes it's the little things that make a difference.

We take great pride in ensuring our guest’s satisfaction unfortunately it seems some encounters were not the best and for this please accept my sincere apologies. The tour desk even though it is located in our lobby, is not operated by the resort; however we will address your concerns with the operators.
Rest assured that we do take your concerns and feedback into consideration as we try to improve our services moving forward and no concerns of a guest are ever taken as trivial.

You are right, the little things do make a difference and we would love another opportunity to showcase to you our little slice of Paradise.

Just finished our week-long stay at the St. Kitts Marriott Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa (timeshare). May is a slow time for the resort, so very uncrowded (we loved it). Unit was very clean, and well furnished, with all the amenities we needed and liked. Beach was great....especially loved the permanent gazebos that provided shade (2 lounge chairs provided). 3 Great pools (2 smaller quiet pools + 1 large main pool). Good health club and spa. Restaurants were very overpriced, so we ate outside of the resort most of the time. Many local restaurants within walking distance. Absolutely loved the golf course.....very scenic views, and right next to the resort. Staff at Marriott was mixed.....most were very nice and helpful.....but some seemed annoyed with us (only a few). Overall, extremely pleased with the Resort. I would highly recommend it..

Thanks to the layout of our 26 acres we are able to convey the appearance of low season when sometimes we do have a very high occupancy. We visited for some R & R before a business meeting....what a beautiful place. Great staff, nice quiet island vibe. They even made the sting of my spouse's bag being delayed fade as they made sure we were well taken care of.

We had a day pass here since we were on a cruise. We didn't have a room but the pool and amenities were outstanding! Everything was clean. We had a wonderful gyro lunch and very good pina coladas. They have free ice water stations around the massive pool. Many people were playing volleyball by the swim up bar. The beach was clean & there were many cabana's available.

I have stayed in many resorts. This by far is the least entertaining and the most well, boring. I sat in the lobby bar, waited 30 minutes for a waitress to acknowledge me, and then after 10 minutes took my order, and waiting 60 minutes for my food to appear. Island time. I called to tell them my in room wifi wasn't working but it worked in the lobby. They put me immediately to a technician, who after 30 minutes, said, he had to hang up to ' re-boot' my room connection - and he would hang up and call me in 5-10 minutes to ensure my wifi was functional. After 60 minutes, and no call, I went out to dinner. The rooms outside of the main house have no balconies - which makes the room feel like a cell. I am here on business. Many times, when on business trips I stay at hotels that go on the family must return list - this is not one of them. The food is great. The people try their best. The beach is very clean and if you want total relaxation without any excitement - this is your place! Also, I called twice to book a spa package (over priced) - and was denied because either they opened at 10:00 am - and couldn't accommodate my early morning request - and when I called for a later request - after 4pm - well, they couldn't accommodate that. You would think that someone requesting a 200.00 service would be accommodated anytime - but not in St. Kitts Marriott!

Room Tip: Ask for a room in the main quarters - at least you get a balcony.

Thank you so much for providing us with your feedback. I apologize that you found our resort not to your taste. I am not exactly clear though when you say that the resort was boring, how we failed to meet your needs.

Just so you know we do have displayed by our activities center a board which highlights different activities around the resort and their times. Some include a mixology contest, trivia around the pool, movie nights, dance competitions and different tournaments, just to name a few. It is troubling that you encountered what you refer to as island time at one of our bars and for this please accept my most sincere apology. This does not at all reflect our level of service delivery.
Recently we have been experiencing some concerns with our internet connectivity and would like you to know that we are working diligently with our service provider to have this situation rectified.
As to your room, we do have a myriad of room options in and outside the main building that caters to guest needs and budget. Our resort view and ocean views are superb and they do have balconies for sitting out and enjoying the cool breeze or a cocktail.
It is unfortunate that you were unable to indulge at our Emerald Mist Spa as it truly provides a journey of discovery for your senses. In the past we have accommodated guests with earlier appointments, please accept my apology if this courtesy was not extended to you. Unfortunately our late afternoon spots are usually the most sort after as this provides for those being provided a treatment the opportunity to stay a little later. We do recommend that guests make their appointments 24 hours in advance; some persons have even done so even before they arrive on property.

We are happy to note that there were some bright spots to you stay, namely the food and that our associates as they do try their best to showcase what we are known for and it is our “Kittitian Hospitality”. We are also happy that you noted the cleanliness of our beach as we do try our best to ensure that it is clean and relaxing for all of our guests to enjoy.

Everything we do is aimed at providing you our guests with an excellent hotel experience. We would love another opportunity to regain your trust and hope to serve you again the next time your travels bring you to our area.
