My wife and I were staying at the Marriott in St. Kitts for two weeks and enjoyed it. We never had a bad meal in St. Kitts nor in Nevis. We did have memorable meals though out. We went to CIAO twice and enjoyed both experiences. Dario,one of the owners, gave us a short cooking lesson, which we will use in our own creations. Ilde, the other owner, treated all the guests as family. Both very attentive to their customers and ensured their staff were on top of everything. To begin our meal we had Tuna Carpaccio which was an experience in its self. My wife had Red Snapper with a rich tomato sauce and me I had Green Pappardelle with Lobster - delicious.
