Last dinner in St. Kitts and we were headed to the Strip until we met as couple that said they had had a great meal at Ciao's the night before. We changed our minds and did the short walk from the Marriott to Ciao.

We went at about 6:30, so it was just beginning to get busy. Both of us had large ceaser salads, then my wife had the Lobster Linguini and I had the Green Lobster Ravioli. Both were excelllent and probably the best meals we had during our week stay in St. Kitts.

Definitely a place to eat during your stay in St. Kitts.

Ciao isn't much to look at, but the food was delicious. Many of the pastas are homemade and you can taste it. The papardelli with lobster in rose sauce was as good as I've eaten anywhere. The service was friendly and attentive. The owner was on-site and she made us feel right at home. She even gave us complementary lemoncello and chocolate grappa. Prices were reasonable and well worth it!

Quaint and charming. The owners were right there. The food was good. They greeted us like old friends and were truly concerned that the meal we had was good, hot and that we were enjoying it and our vacation.

We went on a Sunday evening on Day 10 of a 12 day stay at the Marriott and wished we'd tried Ciao earlier in our stay so that we could have returned an additonal 1 or 2 times.
The food was amazing, obviously home/freshly made, we could tell that immediatly without having to be told. There were about 8 or so other tables fllled with 2 waitresses and the owner doing a grand job of keeping us all served. We had no complaints about the service, The owner was very gracious and friendly, taking time to greet all her customers and say goodbye as they left. Very clean restaurant, quality white linen and clean shiney silverware. Would highly recommend the ravioli and the chicken alfredo AND the tiramisu. Price wise it was well worth the money we paid considering what we have seen at other restaurants, and certainly better value/service/quality than eating in the Marriott Italian restaurant.

Bright fresh decor and open style, tables are formally set with linens and glassware, but the atmosphere was lively and casual, not stuffy. Being in St Kitts during early Sept low season has meant that restaurants are very quiet. We've been to a few on this holiday, paid a lot of money and been the only ones in there which does nothing for the ambience so it was fabulous to find somewhere with a bit of life on a Sunday night in low season.
