“You must try the chicken in spinach. The tropicolada is good”
Reviewed August 11, 2011

Good environment (A/C or outdoor, your choice). The restaurant was not busy at the time we went (8 people). The food and drinks were served in a timely manner. The waitress was nice and brought everything as asked. The prices are fair for the food. Be aware that non of the main courses come side dishes, so you must order your "carbs" separate (basmati rice, rice with cumin or other spices, Naan, etc). The selection of drinks is good, including cocktails, beer and wine. It is a very nice indian flavor (to be in an island so small). Very authentic flavors. The size of the portions served is good for 2 (if you eat little). Do not expect a lot of meat in your dish. This restaurant is within walking distance from the Marriott hotel & resort. Downstairs is a dance club (never been there, as of yet).

“Food at its BEST !”
Reviewed August 10, 2011

I am not such a great writer however this restaurant won our hearts(and hence the review)!no wonder they say the way to a mans heart is via his stomach , and rightfully its my husbands and my FAVOURITE restaurant when we are in StKitts.
Considering we are of Indian origin, we are big critics of an indian restuarant, Bombay Blues was very conviniently located near the Marriott. As we walked in the Aroma of the curries and spices got us all hungry...We were greeted by a lovely couple Nash and Seema, and even cuter (2) kids , who i believe were the restaurant owners kids....The food was FANTASTIC....our american friends who feared the spices, were amazed how they made the chicken and fish on a tandoor(more like an indian grill) , they were just with the right amount of flavour.
The owners and the waiter , all knew , what sorta tastebuds we have , and the service was impeccable.Obviously they know what they are doing , and they do it so well coz the place was busy , thank heavens it was spacious , and hence could acomodate us without a wait.
Ended on alovely note , coz they were priced to satisfy the wallets .A "MUST GO AND VISIT" restaurant in StKitts.....

“Amazing food and excellent service!!”
Reviewed August 5, 2011

Recently visited Bombay Blues Restaurant and loved the food. The taste was extraordinary and the service was very punctual. The hostess took care of us personally and made sure everything we needed was immediately available. It's a huge place and also able to cater to large events. We went with a large group and didn't have to wait too long for our food.

“Average Indian Dining Experience”
Reviewed July 28, 2011

During the course of our visit to St. Kitts and Nevis, my wife and I had dinner at the Bombay Blues restaurant in the Frigate Bay area of St. Kitts. Dining at Bombay Blues was an average experience for an Indian restaurant (whether in St. Kitts or anywhere else for that matter). While the entrees themselves were fine, they did not stand out in any particular way (and, in fact, the portion size was also rather average). The service was indifferent, and the value was OK.

“solid but ordinary”
Reviewed June 9, 2011

We had 3 dishes between us (wife and me). They were tasty and nicely done, solid Indian food. The service was rather poor with a lot of time waiting for some attention o be able to order more beer or even ask a question. The pricing was OK, not great. Thw portions were on the small side. The garlic wholewheat Nan was very good. With so many really good strip restaurants to visit, much less Basseterre restaurants one would really need a craving for Indian food to come here. There was no craving to return for us.
