We'd read the very mixed reviews when we chose to dine here and give the place the benefit of the doubt. It has such a lovely location in Los Gigantes pretty church square. But we should have thought again when we walked in the door at 9.00pm and the waiter looked at his watch and grundgingly showed us to a table. The ping of the microwave was a further hint of what was to come. I had the worst lasagne ever, which looked like it had come from a frozen food box, moments before. Dumped in the centre of a terracota dish it floated in a sea of water and fat. Despite being pretty hungy, I couldn't eat it. My husband faired a bit better with his choice of lamb cutlets but the couple we were with also treated to luke warm micro-waved fare. All in all an extremely disappointing experience with not a flicker of interest shown in why 3 out of 4 plates were returned to the kitchen virtually untouched. In the current competetive climate and with 3 great restaurants within a stones through of the place, I can't see it surviving very much longer and frankly, I don't think it deserves to. Good luck to those other restauranters, who work hard to please and secure the return business they deserve.
