“best 2 hours of our holiday”
Reviewed July 7, 2014

As we were staying in Puerto de Santiago we were often in Los Gigantes and came arross lots of signs and sales people offering boat trips into the bay area for whale and dolphin spotting excursions. We decided to wait until the last day of our holiday to go on the trip and wish we had booked for longer than the 2 hours. The tip was amazing. It was the cheapest on offer from the resort and from what we could see with the other boat trips doing the same, ours was the best as well. We spent a good hour out at sea hunting down packs of dolphins and whales and got to see lots of different ones and some were even chasing the boat. After the initial dolphin watching we sailed to Masca bay which is around the bay from Los Gigantes. We stopped in the bay and people were given the opportunity to jump into the clear waters and swim with all kinds of marine life and we were even given a free soft or alcoholic drink and snacks to eat whilst we were there.

For 15euros each for a 2 hour boat trip, packed with so much to do and free drinks and snacks it is worth every penny and possibly even more, we gave them a tip upon leaving the boat as it was such good value.

“A must trip”
Reviewed July 3, 2014

A most likeable and competent crew able to immediately identify the dolphins and a little later a couple of whales. They were able to be followed by a group of dolphins jumping around us. Superb!
We took the tour with the motorboat, not the the sailboat also because it is comfy and equipped with a white awning protected us from the hot sun during all the navigation.
One of the sailors gave us detailed explanations about the history and the birth of the rift of Los Gigantes.
He also showed us how to observe the geological eras impressed into rocks and then performed a show with the seagulls flying overhead that were going to glide and eat cookies from his hand. Too much fun and for 15 euros only!

“Not to be missed trip!”
Reviewed July 1, 2014

Have been on this trip twice and it is always a fantastic day! The crew are very friendly and welcoming, and full of fun! It's suitable for all, we went first time in 2007 as a couple and again in 2013 with our teenage kids. Crew speak several languages. Such great fun and well worth the cost, which is very reasonable, with all food and drink included! We purchased the dvd of our trip, if you put your name down when you get on they will make sure they get plenty of you and deliver the dvd to your accomodation reception so don't do this trip on your last day! This is a not to be missed trip, if you do one thing in Teneriffe then do this!!!!!

“good trip”
Reviewed June 17, 2014

Booked the 2hr trip (e20 each.. June 2014)..which for us was just enough.
Saw dolphins and minky whales about 15 min out from harbour in their natural environment. Much better than a dolphin type show.
Afterwards went to musca bay for the brave enough to go swimming off the boat then back along the giant cliffs home.
Overall a good couple of hours, including drinks and paella if you are up to it !.
Crew very friendly and good fun
Would recommend

“Saw whales, dolphins ate nice meal, drank as much as we wanted and were well entertained. Job done!”
Reviewed May 21, 2014 via mobile

We took 88yr old mother-in-law and the crew couldn't have been nicer. They kept her involved (as with all the other passengers) and us all amused throughout the 3 hour voyage. We saw a large whale and lots of dolphins. With about 80 passengers the crew were kept very busy and everything seemed to run smoothly.
This was a great way to spend three hours.
