Stayed for a week all-inclusive. Majority of people that stayed were non British. Thought the room was very nice and cleaned well every day. We good just see the beach through the trees

Staff were very friendly and the entertainment team worked hard. Usual choice of food with a bottle of wine offered in the all inclusive deal at lunch and evening meal. Brut Cava also available for champagne breakfast

Lovely quieter bar away from the pool that also offered snacks

Lovely beach on your door stop but if you are bored with the area then you can walk to Magalluf

All in all relaxing holiday was had

Booked this holday with Thomas Cook, never again. Nobody from this company at the airport to meet us to show us where to go for our transfer bus , went to information desk they sent us to far end of airport to someone called Jumbo office, they then sent us to the to the other end of airport about 800yards to shuttle bus ,about 30minutes later a lady shouted our bus had arrived while the airport P.A system was operating so we nearly missed the bus.Arrived at hotel, looked quite nice first impression ,the they gave us our room,we open our room curtains and to our dismay our room led directly on to childrens pall area and pool and our room was next to kids club,so in between meal times if you were in your room you got screaming kids, you would have thought giving a room like this to in there 70s and 80s was not the ideal thing to do. Down to evening meal, restaurant was full of 75 per cent of rude Rusians who ate like there was no tomorrow ,food was definitely 4 star plus more like three star and was not always hot .Entertainment none plus. One highlight was we met some lovely English people and also the assitant manager James was very helpful and had a great personality .On our return date home we were due to fly home at 11 35 am, we got quite a shock because Thomas Cook agents wanted us to be picked up at the hotel at5 -40 am,no way ,so we booked a taxi cost o 40 euros to airport, glad to be back after our worst holiday putting up with noise in the restaurant next to kids club and pool and no smiling due Russians, never go back.

I didn't like this hotel at all. Every place looks very old but the front desk. When you analyze pictures on Internet I looks like crazy nice paradise, but is not that so... A lot of children and old people too, but this can be good for a lot of travelers. To have Internet access you will need to walk to front desk, because this is the only place in the hotel wih wifi. The included meals are really average. The hotel is huge and sometimes you will walk 5 or 8 minutes to reach some amenities.

I read a number of reviews before going to this hotel so had mixed feelings. But sometimes you have to make your own decision. My 3 fellow travelers were quite uncertain about a short stay here, having heard the horror stories from the popular press, but I assured them it would be good. I was lying because I had no more idea of the place than them. We booked an all inclusive 4 day stay, which proved ideal (for us) The transfer from the airport to the hotel was interesting, so many different hairstyles, piercings and variations of body art. Our hearts were sinking fast. The stag party on the main street with various 'items' around their heads at 10.30 am made me start to have real regrets. Hens and stag trips stay away, this hotel is not for you. Keep to downtown / central. But, then it happened. By comparison with the previous 15 minutes, Utopia. We were the last people on the bus and drove out of 'Mag' and into the next bay. A lovely tree lined cove, sandy beach, clear water and no 'Kiss me Quick' hats. Downtown 'Mag' was a 30 minutes walk away, (or a short taxi ride) but then there was no real reason for us to go there, we didn't want to go clubbing. This hotel caterers mainly for French tourists and there are very few Brits. A splattering of Germans, but not many. If you don't like being in a minority, go downtown, which is more like South-end on Sea. The location of the hotel is wonderful, a sandy beach and diving off the rocks. Direct access from the hotel. The hotel pools are small for the number of guests and poolside can get busy. You can start with a Bucks Fizz for breakfast and sign for drinks the rest of the day. It pays to tip the bar staff up front, that way you get priority service because the poolside terrace bar can get busy. The food is buffet style, with a very large selection. Beware of the Salad Dodgers. Again not typically British with sun although you can get chips. The food is good, but to be fair, not Cordon Bluer. Complimentary wine with all meals. The snack bar offers food at all other times, if you haven't already had enough in the main restaurant, once again a very good selection. I can only say this from the menus because the main restaurant provided all of my dietary requirements. The hotel bedrooms are 'adequate' with everything there. Nice little balcony, but being north facing, it's not likely you'll be sitting on it much. The hotel has several bedrooms blocks over a large area, so you could have a long walk and lift ride to the restaurant, If you want to sleep late, don't get a bedroom near the pool. The entertainment starts about 9am with fitness and general nonsense. Here the French participate and the English look on from the safety of their sun-loungers. The same reps look after the kids, involve the adults in pool games etc, BUT they provide a good and varied program of evening entertainment involving lots of dance routines) The hotel says it has a gym, it's not a gym, just a room with some old equipment (if you can find it) Anyway, this review may sound negative, well it's not. We had a great time. Hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful. The wine, beer and cocktails flowed. The food choice was plentiful and free internet in the reception area. Families and couples YES........singles and 'others', NO

Room Tip: Away from the main pool area. Didn't use room service Didn't use Spa, but it looked wonderful
