Stayed for 5 nights in Feb 2019, we were greeted by a very lovely gentleman on reception who was always smiling, check in was nice and easy and he showed us to our room B306, ok the room was very basic but very clean and maid service every day and the added bonus of a rooftop suntrap with sun all day!!. Everything you needed for a self catering holiday. Having read some reviews regarding building work going i was a bit worried what to expect but to be honest it was quite interesting to watch whilst in the pool!! Each to there own i suppose.
For the price i would definitely return.

Room tip: Top floor room if you love the sun!!

We absolutely love this apartment/hotel...great service from all the staff..each one has a cheery smile and greet you with 'ola' every time they see you! Apartment we stayed in was c308 and was very clean, spacious and had a lovely balcony and up spiral staircase a private sun terrace which got very hot through the day...lovely!! Kitchen is very well equipped for cooking but if you dont fel like it theres a lovely little cafe on the front near the sea which is very resonable and has offrs on ..half a chicken + chips + salad €6 .with a drink €8... highly recommend xx bus service is excellent and right outside hotel just on the front up the street a bit and we go to los gigantes (towards left) or (right) to alcala, (lovely little market on a monday) costa adeje, san juan, (market on wed) los cristianos ( big market sun + tues) and las americas.. under €3 for both of us.

just got back from a 7 night stay here, the apartments are very clean, tidy and roomy, maids service is excellent, kitchen equipment is minimal no toaster and no egg cups !
The shower set up is diabolical has a shower curtain that sucks in and sticks to you when you are trying to wash! apart from these niggles we were very pleased with the accommodation.
The pool is nice and warm heated to 27deg. & there is a cheap pool bar open from 11.00 till 7.00. I would recommend keeping your doors and windows closed at night so that you don't get woken up at 7.30 in the morning by the works going on across the road and on the next plot of land. There is a digger and lorry's coming and going also they are shuttering up and concreting the cliff edge to the back side of the pool this can be noisy and dusty but to be honest we just went up the road to playa arena beach a 5 min walk and 3 euros for a sunbed for the day or you could go to the Oasis pool in los gigantes (5 euro taxi ride or 20 min walk once you find the easy route!) 8 euros a day lovely infinity pool and reasonable price bar defiantly worth a visit anyway. at playa arena would recommend the little cafe/bar right on the end upstairs el gourmet cheap eats/coffee pint 2euros. also if you like an Indian bobby's is a must! very quiet here in the evenings we went over to los gigantes where it is a bit more lively in the evenings with live music and entertainment on and karaoke in highland paddys till 2.00 in the morning. overall would stay here again no problem as we had a good price on the apartment.£330/wk. yes there is works going on but don't let this put you off it is not anything to do with the apartments. if you are open minded like us and can work around these inconveniences then it is fine if your expecting the ritz on a shoestring budget then go somewhere else!

Stayed here for 2nd visit in Jan 19th. We stayed 10 nights . Very basic appt. could do with wee facelift in rooms . Bed sooooo comfy . Rooms very clean Maids work really hard and are v pleasant . Towels changed daily . Bed was changed x3 during our stay . Yes there was some noise from construction going on .....but not so bad that it affected our sunbathing . Only main gripe is the shower .... very difficult to use without flooding bathroom . Roberto & Johachim great company . Yes we will be back .
