stayed at this hotel for 7 days in early february. . surprise holiday from the family. didnt know where we were going unti we received the tickets etc.arrived late at night and were shown to a room on the 3rd floor. as my wife is slightly disabled we contacted the reception who were most helpful and suggested that we stop in the room for the night. in th morning after breakfast they moved us to the ground floor next to the swimming pool.what a lovely room. we enjoyed the holiday meeting people and visiting various local places. the staff were marvellous, especially nina at reception. the hotel was spotless especially the swimming pool which was cleaned every morning. will certainly go again. thank you everyone for a marvellous holiday. derek and margaret

Room Tip: book a ground floor room when the children are at school. we think it will be chaos during their hol...

OK. So we booked last minute and trusted the hotel marketing. The hotel is clean and staff friendly. I did however expect that we would each get a bed. Booked Triple room. When I queried this I was told that all rooms are identical. 2 single beds and 2 sofas in living room. I had to make the 3rd bed myself. Not sure where the pictures of the double beds come from. We booked All Inclusive but that was just Full Board. There was no alternative food available outside the strict restaurant times, other than bread and pastries. Again the marketing literature said there was hot dogs, burgers etc. No tea or coffee available after 5pm and as I don't drink caronates or alcohol this was a problem for me. No hairdryer in room either. There was one available from reception for 20 Euro deposit but just didn't need the hassle and thought they could have put in room. Location of hotel was nice and beach is fabulously close. Lots of lovely little trinket shops, restaurants and supermarkets close by. The hotel just needs to offer more.. like a bed!!

Room Tip: Reception informed me that all rooms are identical. 2 single beds and 2 sofas that you have to make...

The apartment was spacious (abeit sparse) and had excellent views of the sea and pool area. The staff were friendly, professional and hard working. They kept the hotel very clean and provided lovely buffet-style food. The hotel is in a fabulous location as it is very near a sandy beach and small town. The only down-side was the beds which were a little uncomfortable. Fortunately, I was able to swap the mattress for the sofa bed. Good value for money.

Room Tip: Left side of the hotel (as you face it) has the morning sun.

4 of us have just returned on 14/02/13 2 couples in our 40s and 50s and have had a fantastic week.We found the hotel to be bog standard 3 star which was clean and tidy and a great base.We never saw a cockroach or any ants all week.Ok the food wasn't 5 star and the beds wasn't 4 posters but the staff worked hard and were all pleasant. The pool was very cold but once you was in it soon became ok.It was a pleasant 5 minute walk to local bars and eateries and also a very nice black sand beach. It is a fairly hilly area so be warned .This hotel is a fine place to base yourself but you do get what you pay for some of these people that moan should try parting with a bit more money if they want better standards for what we paid for a weeks half board we were more than satisfied

This is a cheap/mid range seaside hotel in a good location, but in need of some investment.

We particularly liked the extensive sea view from our large balcony. The large pool looked inviting, but was too cold for most people in early February, even though the weather was very good.

Our room was clean and functional but rather basic. The whole complex shows signs of heavy use and is in need of refurbishment. For instance, the wash basin in our bathroom was cracked and (although the cleaners worked hard and did their best), the floors and paintwork were marked and stained.

Though officially there is no on site parking, this didn't seem to deter anyone from parking outside in a restricted area, and there were spaces elsewhere nearby.

We took half board as the offer seemed good value. More school dinners than haute-cuisine, much of the (repetitive) fare obviously came from catering cans. Nevertheless, there was plenty of fresh bread, cold meat, cereal and fresh local oranges at breakfast and with careful selection, a reasonable meal could usually be constructed. (Not everyone selected carefully however, and if burger and chips is your thing, you'll be very happy). You could eat as much as you liked.

The hotel provides children's entertainment and evening shows, and seems to be used by German and Scandinavian tour companies as well as individuals. All in all, it's reasonable value for money and in a far better sea front location than most of the more expensive places nearby. But don't expect the Ritz.

We had a fantastic time in this hotel . It is the first time we went on an all inclusive. The buffet had an excellent choice at all 3 meals and dishes were clearly named in various languages. The staff were friendly and very professional and the organisation at the bars and restaurant was to a very high standard. This is a very clean resort. Taxis and buses are very reasonable so it is easy to get around. There are some good restaurants a few minutes away should you wish a change of scenery. Playa arena about a 7 minute walk is close by and it has a beautiful beach with some incredible views. This little town is worth going to as is Los Gigantes also nearby. It only costs 3 euros return for 2 people to Los Gigantes. My 84 year old mother was very well treated by all staff and she just loved it here. We would come back again due to the hospitality and kindness of all staff. The weather is just amazing at this time of year with daily average temperatures of 25c

Room Tip: The balcony rooms have a fantastic view looking over the pool and beach.
