This hotel is excellent value for money it was lovely and clean, the food was fantastic a really wide range of choices and the staff were really friendly. The entertainment was very good lots of variety. The surrounding area is probably not best for people who would struggle to get around there is a small beach about a 5 minute walk away but is mostly covered in pebbles. However if you are willing to walk a bit further there is a fantastic natural pool witch is not too easy to get to but is well worth it. There is also a great beach about a 20minute walk away and the walk itself is very beautiful there is lots to see. As for restaurants and bars there are plenty literally 1 minute from the hotel with great food and brilliant atmosphere. Day trips are really worth doing we went to Loro parque witch is a great day out I would really recommend it. We also went to Siam park witch again I would highly recommend doing it is great fun. The only downside to this holiday was that our bags were left at the last hotel on our transfer and the driver would not go back but luckily the hotel was only 5 minutes walk so we had to go and collect our bags. Overall though a fantastic holiday I would defiantly go back to this area.

Hotel has 2 pools one lively and 1 not so lively the food is not that great me and my girlfriend was all inclusive the food was that rubbish we ended up eating out. The breakfast was alright but thats about it. They is no nice beaches near by they is 1 alright beach about 10 minute walk. The beach is a brown colour not your nice golden colour which is dissapointing . I would recommend booking in las americas or los cristianos as you are very far out the way at this hotel. Bus or taxi it takes about an hour to get to sian park for example or nice beaches as your so far out of the way. Rooms are big and spacious shame most of the lamps in the appartment didnt work. Drink is basic and grill bar near pool is nothing to shout about pritty cheap and awful cuts of meat so all in all I would save your money and book elsewere this is an honest review if your 50+ and you just want to relax this is perfect. Hope this helps

Myself and my partner have just returned from this hotel (24th June - 1st July 2014) and I must say i was pleasantly surprised. After reading all the negative reviews from people who are obviously expecting 5 star from a Spanish 3 star hotel I was a little worried going in. However upon arrival to the hotel we were welcomed by 2 reception staff who were pleasant and informative about meal times, a map to our room and as we arrived late due to the French air traffic control strike they suggested we go straight for lunch as it would be ending soon.

We had booked to stay in a studio apartment, but I had emailed the hotel before our departure and requested a high room, with either a pool or sea view and in a quiet location. All my requests were met and we were even given a very spacious one bedroom apartment. The room itself was what you would expect from a basic 3 star hotel, all the amenities we required with comfortable beds, air conditioning ( free of charge ) large wardrobe space and balcony. The room was cleaned daily, however they seem to only clean the bedroom and bathroom area and not the lounge, but as we are clean people anyway this wasn't a problem at all for us. The towels were changed daily, apart from sunday, which is the cleaning staffs day off.

There were two main pool areas on site, one which has recently been renovated to a high standard and an older one which was quieter but not as appealing to sit around. The new pool has a pool bar, massage treatment facilities and a BBQ grill. The sunbed situation wasn't great and as other people on here have said, you do need to get up at around 7am in order to get a sunbed for the day, but if you can't beat them, join them. No point moaning about it after you get home when you clearly knew the drill before leaving after having read these reviews. WE managed to get a sunbed every time we wanted one, whether it was from waiting in a morning or just turning up at around 3pm after a day out. The only problem with the pool was on a weekend really. A lot of Spanish holiday makers arrive on a weekend and take over somewhat but it is only for 2 days and its bearable.

Lastly ill take about the food at the hotel. The food unfortunately is what lets this hotel down. It was either a choice of brown or beige on offer every single meal time. There was plenty of choice on offer, yet 80% of it wasn't edible for us sadly. We found that eating from the kids buffet was preferable over the main offerings. Everything was very well cooked and in most cases over cooked, I guess to make sire that noone comes down with food poisoning etc. Most days we ate our lunch from the BBQ grill next to the pool. The only upside to the food is the
A la Carte restaurant, Morrocollo, which you have to book and is open Wednesday to Saturday. The food in Morrocollo was much better than what was on offer in the every day restaurant and I highly recommend it to everyone who visits this hotel.

The entertainment on an evening leave much to be desired but it is what it is and for the price you pay to stay at the hotel, you can easily afford to venture out a few times on an evening to the local bars for live entertainment. The daily activities were very good with Archery, French boules, water polo and much more every day of the week. they really break up the day and are worth joining in for a fun holiday.

All in all I would recommend this hotel to my friends, family and customers for a cheap break away. How anyone can complain about this hotel after paying no more than £350 for a week for an all inclusive hotel with flights and accommodation baffles me, but then people do like to moan and complain. If you are looking for luxury then this isn't the hotel for you, If you are looking for a cheap, fun and friendly break then chose this hotel. We met lots of nice people during our stay and enjoyed almost every minute of it :)

Room Tip: if you are travelling to this hotel and want a quiet relaxing room then ask to stay in F block on fl...

The transfer took us over 2hrs to arrive at the hotel from the airport, when I was told it should only take maximum of 45mins. We arrived at 12.30am to the hotel.
When I arrived to the hotel it did look great but looks can be deceiving. The receptionist I found rude. The room I received was disgusting was a mess, the lights were flickering, toilet wouldn't flush, the shower only had cold water running, the plug socket of the wall was a hazard, the safe in the room was broken.
I went straight to reception the man was rude! I told him about all the problem's but his only concern was only about the safe!! He had said there were no more rooms available until Sunday morning I had to wait another 2 days! I was fuming at this point he didn't have no choice and we were moved immediately to another room at 1.30am. I did ask to speak to the manager but got a aggresive reply saying "No you can't"
The room was much better than the first room but was still dirty the floor had hair everywhere there was no water pressure at all.
The very next day I did speak to the holiday rep Carlo he was a great help, but unfortunately the problems didn't end there.
The safe I paid for a week, the lock broke in a day and took 2 full days to fix it, there was no water pressure for 3 days. So was having a shower with a dripping hose! There was birds and flies in the dining rooms, the food was absolutely terrible, same food was served every other day. Got to the point I went to restaurants when I was all inclusive in the hotel.
I never got the chance to even sit and relax by the pool as the relaxing beds were always taken. People woke up at 5am to reserve the sun beds!! A lot more problems had occurred and got to the point I just wanted to change hotels.
At the end of the holiday we received a bottle of champagne and £80 towards another holiday because of the grief we had received. Apart from the horrible hotel Tenerife is a great country and would love to visit again.
I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!
Rather pay a bit more and have a better hotel, service and food!

Exactly the holiday we were looking for perfect in every way except the dinner plates were very dirty in some cases they still had food on them from the previous diner, it was annoying because it's such a simple thing to get right and it let down an otherwise excellent restaurant.

Got to our room at 11.30pm it wasn't cleaned from the last person that had been in , fridge dirty bathroom was full of someone else's hair , floors needed a mop, pigeons poo all over balcony reception apologised and cleaner was there 1st thing to clean and to be honest it was spotless when we came back to it, our room was overlooking one of the pools , see pictures pool was dirty and unkept pool cleaner thought it was good using a hose pipe even the white wall going room was dirty .other pool was very nice but only been put in 6 weeks ago so it would be,
found the staff very rude on reception but Carlos and a Spanish man that works nights very tall with glasses on reception was the best and very helpfull
food was very basic and flys and birds were flying over in the hotel restaurant food wasn't covered, bacon was cooked underneath and the scramble egg was missing egg,
WEEKENDS... the Spanish arrive there rude very rude and the staff go out of there way for them, we felt like a second rate citizen better food was put on for them , they take all the sun loungers , and please dnt play water polo because there init to win it, I seen people with bruising all over ....
sunloungers you have to there at around 6 to get one 79per cent of the are broke,,, when we was there a man got a chair and took it to his sun lounger and a manager told him to put it back or he was getting security, heard people complaining that tiles have fallen off in the bathroom and missed couple of kids in the bath,
plus theres not much to do around there, no beach with loungers it a muddy black beach
this hotel isn't 3 star it been updating .. the darts game is good the girl from the animation team couldn't add up or speak much English so game was pointless, kids disco is 70 music's and karaoke was a vertical Dj ....please don't waste your money,,, seen peoples over reviews saying there a aldi up road, sorry but I am not lying because it running 6 weeks behind completion date

Back from a 2 week holiday here and if honest the only grumble we have is the adult entertainment is very poor. If you have young kids then this place is ideal as there are kids clubs through day and mini disco at night. For the adults there were 4 activities through each day which could be OK if it wasn't for families thinking that they were the entertainment's comitee. Entertainment at night consisted of an awards ceremony for the winners of the days activities (which some people loved a little too much). Food itself was good but maybe a bit repetitive. Rooms lovely and cleaners were very good with fresh towels every day and sheets every second. Seen lots of negative on here about hotel about various things from cups and plates lying about pool but that's down to people not putting their rubbish in bins which are a plenty round pool. Peoples ignorance and disrespect should not be taken into account while reviewing this hotel as some people have. In all a good stay and would go back
