The whole experience and the service through out by the staff and the standards that they all worked to. The room was always clean and tidy, staff very pleasant throughout from the bar to the restaurant with the same attitude and friendliness. Something was always happening around the complex that catered for everyone's needs. If I was to highlight one special area it would be the Entertainments team in particular Rene. The team worked individually and together and always with a smile encouraging all ages to participate in many of the different activities throughout the whole holiday.

The team made us laugh, sing, dance and participate in water games and aquatics as well as entertain the children. Excellent team, very friendly and full of energy. Well Done.

Nice hotel, rooms could do with an update but your not in it much anyway. Don't listen to reception staff with transportation, down on the beach is a boat taxi into San Antonio town. Be careful of meat we found raw chicken fish and other meats, because they are cooked on griddle. And if you don't smoke you won't enjoy most facilities in the hotel. People smoking everywhere!!!! Couldn't escape it. At one point a man was in the child's pool smoking around all the children..... they need to sort a non smoking area.but other than that I loved it. Not many restaurants near by. On the beach there was a lovely shack with great cocktails. With fireman on weekends.

we went to this hotel for a 6 night stay (two couples age range 51 -59) but all young at heart. the location is excellent. we arrived at 8.20pm check in was easy dumped the bags and went for food which was open until 9.30pm. there is 3 pools one of which is away from the others where they cater for young children but it was nice and chilled with eating and drinking facilities worth trying this pool area it opens from 10am. The food for a Spanish all inclusive was excellent lots of choice both at lunch and evening self serve soft drinks red white and rose wine and Amstel lager which was a nice drink better than most all inclusive beers. the only thing that let us down was the breakfast the egg chef didn't know how to make an omelette and only a choice of 4 cereals which were bland. plenty of sun beds you could place your towels on if you preferred a certain spot. opposite the hotel is a couple of bars/eateries the bar we went in was called pacos bar only open from 6pm massive gin and tonics. a shop for newspapers etc the English papers came after 10.30am. the beach which is only a five minute walk is ideal sunbeds 7 euros there is four bars/eateries and a man who sells large containers of fresh fruit for 5 euros which was enough for 2. there you get the water taxis which we thought were great. to go to san Antonio it was 6 euros each return or 3.50 one way which takes about 25 to 30 mins and leaves on the half hour. entertainment not much to write about but probably ok for families. towels changed everyday very clean hotel, safe was 3euros a day with a refundable deposit of 20 euros. absolutely fab hotel and surrounding area. would we go back absolutely YES we will be booking up for next year at the same time, we stayed from 10th july 14 fab fab and more fab

We booked this hotel for a 4 night stay as our friends were getting married nearby.
We got through the airport quickly and easily as we just had hand luggage and there was a No. 9 bus ready to depart within minutes. This was 4 euro each and the bus stop is just around the corner from the hotel, although the driver let us out at the main door as he was stopped at a red light, so it was quicker than a taxi!
We arrived at the hotel around 630pm and Oscar the receptionist was extremely welcoming and helpful while we checked in. He took us outside and showed us the layout of the hotel, pointing out where the restaurant, bars, pools were as well as our room. There are 8 blocks of rooms and these are logically laid out with 4 blocks in front and 4 directly behind. These are 3 floors high, but there are lifts if you need them.
Our room and bathroom were clean with plenty of towels, although fairly small. There was air conditioning which was great in the hot weather. The safe is at an extra cost of 3 euros per day as are beach towels and a hairdryer, all with deposits required. Every room has a small balcony with a table and a couple of chairs.
The bar staff were all excellent and really hard working. They had enough staff to keep queues down, even on World Cup Final night, and staff collecting glasses too. There was a self service beer tap at the end of the bar which helped keep queues to a minimum too. There was also a bar open outside in the evenings.
We found the food to be very good both in quality and variety. There were soups, paellas, salads, a variety of fish, calamari, meat, chicken, veg, potatoes as well as mussels, prawns, cold meats, cheeses, fruit, yogurt and desserts. Some of the Brits there were moaning about the food but we were in Spain and were happy to have Spanish food! Those who were moaning were eating chip butties instead of taking the chance to expand their bland palette by trying some of the lovely food on offer. At mealtimes you help yourself to wine, beer or soft drinks.Tables were kept clear by the efficient restaurant staff.
There are 2 swimming pools with sunbeds around both and more beds on a large deck. There always seemed to be enough beds but a few more parasols would be useful as natural shade is very limited.
The entertainment team here is very good as they encourage you if you want to join in and leave you alone if you don't! During the day there is water polo, water aerobics, darts, archery etc and in the evening there is a mini disco and games followed by a show.
You can get free wi-fi if you ask reception for a code. This works in the room as well as in the reception/bar areas.
Outside the hotel if you turn right and walk down the hill for a few minutes you arrive at Port des Torrent beach which is a clean cove with sunbeds and parasols at 7 euro per item for the day. From here you can get a water taxi to San Antonio and other beaches as well as water sports. You can also get buses from near the hotel to various places and there are details and times on the signs at the bus stops. There are a few shops in the local area as well as some bars and a couple of restaurants.
On check out we left our bags in the luggage store and had a shower later in the changing room near the pool, for which you get a key from reception.
This is a good hotel for families and couples but for any clubbers it's around 5km from San Antonio and there were very few single sex groups staying here.
We had a lovely break and would stay here again.

Went to Ibiza on a last minute booking through Thomas Cook.
On arrival we was given our all inclusive bands but was told we had to wait 3 hours for our rooms to be finished before we could go there, which was fine as we where given a place to leave our luggage, me and my friends all took a walked down to the beach which is just 5 minutes away, the beach was beautiful and the water was so clear. Once back at the hotel, we got given our rooms, unfortunately they do not have hair dryers, but you can hire one from reception at a price so its best to just take your own. The entertainment was fantastic and the staff were great help, on the first night mine and my boyfriends air con didn't work so he went and spoke to the receptionist and they gave us a new room straight away which was great. In the morning to get good sunbeds you do have to get up early to get a good spot as other people get up to reserve them but I was fine with doing that. I'm a fussy eater but I still managed to find something to eat every night so I didn't go hungry at all:) Me and boyfriend will defiantly be going back next year! recommend 100%

Went here on a last minute booking with my wife and daughter from Aberdeen. We like others arrived at the hotel at about 11.30 and had to wait till 14.00 for our room. Safe deposit boxes in the rooms have a 20euro deposit refundable at end and 3 euros a day. Well worth taking one though. The family room we booked was a bit of a disappointment. 3 single beds crammed into a small place though I admit the rooms are nice and clean with fresh towels daily. The pools are nice and clean though are salt water and by jeezuz cold. All the staff were very friendly and find if you try to speak the language, even basic stuff, they like that and are even more helpful. The food could be better with a bit more emphasis towards the british tourist. There was a lot of german.french and spanish at the hotel.
Out side there are some shops directly opposite selling the usual tourist tat and groceries should you need any. Turn right as you come out of the hotel and walk down the road for 5 minutes takes you to Port de Torrent beach. This is a lovely beach with a couple of restaurants and bars and also where you can catch the water taxis to San Antonio and Calla Bassa and other beaches.
One final word of advice. If going by Thomsons DON'T go on the excursions. They are a complete waste of money. The all day tour of the island that we went on was a total waste of time and money and was a day lost on our holidays. We met up with a lovely family from Kilmarnock who went on the Ibiza at night excursion and they were of the same opinion as ourselves.
