We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, with all inclusive.
It's very good and with a relaxed ambience, and very calm, which is appreciated.
By far the best thing is the staff, very kind and ready to help at any moment (Almudena in reception and the guys in the pool bar were very nice).
The food was very good for breakfsat, with alot of variety. It was ok for dinner, and pretty bad for lunch in the pool bar's buffet. But it's what you get everywhere in this kind of hotels. We only had lunch once even though we had all inclusive (plenty of great restaurants in Lanzarote, mostly in the El Golfo area).
The hotel is rated as 5 star, but i would give it a 4 star, but star ratings in Spain are like that (most of 4 stars should be 3, etc...) I've seen worse hotels that this one with 5 stars.
The rooms were pretty clean (like the hotel), but the beds were awful...it was like sleepig on a rock.
The SPA was very good, although i think the water was colder than what it should be in a spa.
Overall, a great hotel to have some relaxing holidays in a great island like Lanzarote. I'd definitely go back.More
