Just got home from a 10 night stay and had a great time with the family.
Good points.....
Food, lot's of choice and plenty of it.
Excellent evening entertainment, the shows were fantastic.
Lovely large clean room's.
Great pools.
Great beach with gorgeous clear water.
Good variety of drinks available on the all inclusive.
Not so good points....
Ultra slow check in. We were the only family checking in and it took nearly 3/4 hour, even then only 1 room was ready and we had to wait another hour for our other room.
Lack of bar staff, we were there peak season and at time's the queues at the bar's were very long.
Air conditioning not brilliant.
Reported our room fridge wasn't working 3 time's and no one came, spoke to Bryony in guest relations and within an hour we had a new fridge.
Location was a bit remote, literally no where to walk to in the evenings, you can get a taxi into town but i felt 10 euros each way was quite steep.

One incident really shocked us by the pool when a couple let's just say got rather friendly under a towel on a sunbed in the middle of the path by pool in the middle of the afternoon. I was amazed that not only were they doing that with adults and children walking straight past but also the pool staff seemed to turn a blind eye to this behaviour. Not the sort of thing i want my children to witness.

On the whole we all had a fantastic time despite our issue's.

We stayed at this hotel 18th-25th August. I was a bit worried about the reviews on TripAdvisor but as the title says we are a normal family and were travelling as a family group of 9 with an age group of 12 - 74. We found the hotel very clean and tidy, the rooms were cleaned everyday if I do have one criticism of the room it would be the air conditioning was poor/non existant in the four rooms we had between us. The food in the restaurants was perfectly fine even the fussiest of eaters would have been spoilt for choice for breakfast lunch and dinner. This was peak school holiday season and I don't think I waited for more than a few minutes for a drink at the bars. The staff in general were very friendly even the maintainance staff and grounds staff said hello in passing. We used the middle pool during our stay which was suitable for all ages with access to three bars where you could get drinks,ice-cream and slushies (lovely with a shot of vodka). My main criticism also relates to the air conditioning men have to wear trousers for dinner which would be ok if the air con was working in the main building it was very hot in the restaurants and in the downstairs entertainment areas and this made it very uncomfortable ( not just for the men) whilst eating and watching the entertainment, which I have to say was quite good. There is a fantastic sandy beach which wasn't crowded and had toilet and shower facilities which were free. There is a bit of a steep walk from the pool areas to the main building but they are not that bad in my opinion and there were two people in my party one had a heart condition and the other had had a knee replacement and they both managed it ok and there are benches to take a little rest if you did struggle. Over all we had a great holiday and we would consider going back to this hotel.

Just returned 18th of August from a week at this resort, our 4th visit, and it is getting better every time, spent most of our time in the adult area as we had no children and must say it is a lovely area to relax and unwind. The food improves every year and all the staff work exceptionally hard, would recommend and will be returning.

Room tip: stunning beach

Really loved it here. we stayed for a week, the place is massive so was worried it would get over run and cramped but we went a week before school broke up so it was lovely,
food was really lovely, great range and choice to choose from, the hotel rooms are spotless and the whole hotel main building and grounds are maintained beautifly,
a few suggestions would be to get more reception staff on to check in when they know a coach load of people are arriveing, also the evening entertainment is great however after the kids bits have finished i wished they would have cleared the children of the dance floor from just sitting there in their chairs as we would have loved a dance, the music abba etc was really good,
the pool team are great, very friendly and energetic, good things to do through the day to join in the whole family if wanted, they come and ask but if you dont want to there is no pressure,
bar staff could be a bit friendlier however most of them are ok, there is a lovely adult area with lovely friendly satff there so if you wanted to get away from you children for a cheeky beer its all there.
its right next to the beach, but the chairs and umbrellas you have to hire,
i wished i had researched the surrounding area as i do like to visit old towns and markets but for a taxi ride of about 30mins you can get this but its at a cost,
so yes id deffinatly go but, thank you

Room tip: on booking ask for a sea view if you want it other wise nothing else to suggest.
