Cala galdana has a fantastic beach/playa if there is a wind you can always find a sheltered spot to sit, if the sun gets to hot there is shaded areas under the trees it's a great place for kids in the safe waters, there are pedalos & and canoes to hire spotlessly clean beach love it

Hotel was lovely, the food very good choice and quality. We had a sea view room well worth the extra.
Rooms are fitted with power showers,tea/coffee making facilities. TV with satellite channels, comfy beds too.

October 2017 when we visited, great for a beach holiday, very hot for time of year too. Good bus route to Mahon or
Cinderella. Bus stop opp. Hotel.

I would recommend this beach for people with children, it has plenty of parking places around, services like bar, restaurant, shops, toilets, etc. and also you can enjoy a chair and an umbrella for a small fee.
The price to pay is that has a lot of people around so it is not the most peaceful beach you will find, however, it worth it. If you like it a lot, it has a nice hotel at one side.

For our first day in Menorca I'm glad I chose this spot to get the lay of the land. Shops nearby, food for growing kids who might eat an entire picnic in a sitting, and a protected beach which is great for kids. It was quiet when We got there because the weather was described as 'bad' (But as a Brit I found 26C and breezy perfect!) water was warm and clear and we loved it! We didn't do the walks to nearby beaches but took a 4 h amazing boat tour with Menorca en Barco which is the first boat moored at the far end of the port on the road side before you get to the kayak kiosk on the right side).

This is a beautiful large beach
It has options for those who love lying on the sand and tanning but also for those who enjoy a more active way of spending their free time
Options for kids available as well.
Places to eat out around the beach with few surprisingly good ones.
Even Red Cross and showers around so that you can feel safe
