We had been to Golf Del Sur the previous year and had walked past this place on several occasions. We returned in January and having been given a recommendation to visit 'Tapas n Chilli by friends we decided to give it a go.
We were met at the top of the street by a guy who was encouraging people to give it a go. He was very open with the potential customers, telling them that the restaurant had recently received some luke warm reviews in Trip Advisor, but felt that these didn't reflect the standard of the restaurant.
We were going in anyway and I'm so glad we did, it was brilliant. The waitress (boss) was running the place single handed, she was friendly and was doing everything from welcoming guests, taking orders and delivering food to the table, clearing and sorting bills. She explained the concept of the tapas and what she recommended would be suitable amounts for the numbers at the table. When the food came out it was well presented and really tasty. Mixed salad was magic, the steak with garlic butter was brilliant and the carribean chicken skewars went down a treat.
We enjoyed it so much we booked for our final night as we left.
