Head Chef Paulo is back and therefore Electra is back to No.1 for restaurants in Golf Del Sur. The food is always freshly cooked (expect to wait a little longer for your food) and is always first class. Had the Dorada (Sea Bream) baked in sea salt and it's the best I've ever had.....trust me I've eaten a lot of Dorada!
If you're going to GDS, do not miss this restaurant off of your list of eateries. Yes, you will pay a little more than at other restaurants, but it'll be worth it!
