Not knowing quite what to expect, this turned out to be a real gem. 4 of us visited and we all took away a different experience from here but all positive. Fantastic space for art, lovely little cafe on top floor, interesting home design shopping, free parking. If you need culture oop north, try it.

Took some friends from Hertfordshire around the village. It has something for everyone - great history, great food, great artwork and all was free - even parking as it was a Sunday.

Fabulous little place with lots of interesting things to do and see. Loved the Hockney exhibition and the wonderful galleries selling books and cards. Interesting to learn about the History and view the housing, church etc.
