The best things about this restaurant are the location overlooking Lanark Loch and the fact that they specialise in catering for young families. Take the kiddies on Sunday lunchtime by all means, but don't book your Silver Wedding or take your new squeeze on your first date! The service is good and the price reasonable but the food is really pub-grub. Nothing wrong with that - an enjoyable meal can be had followed by a walk round the Loch. The menu is huge. This means that there is something for everyone, but it also means that everything is frozen. Have a nice time but don't set your sights too high!
