Last night of holiday so we thought we'd treat ourselves to a meal.Arrived around 7pm with a warning of half hour wait for food. No problem . Meal ordered and eaten , 20 minutes later we had to ask to order dessert then 15 minutes later we were asked what we wanted to order.We ordered and ordered coffee at the same time but the coffee machine was not working. We were still waiting 35 minutes later then we decided to speak to management. She apologised but blamed the new staff. Poor skill mix and not even an offer of a good will gesture. Sad because we have visited before and feel let down.
